Exclamation Bernie Sanders is officially backing Hillary Clinton

So now it's official: the upcoming US presidential elections will be a battle between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Bernie Sanders has backed out of the race, and has chosen to officially support Hillary's nomination as presidential candidate for the Democratic Party.

I can't say that I wasn't expecting this to happen.

"Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders formally declared an end to their political rivalry Tuesday, joining forces to take on a shared enemy: Donald Trump.

"I have come here to make it as clear as possible why I am endorsing Hillary Clinton and why she must become our next president," Sanders said at a joint rally here. "Secretary Clinton has won the Democratic nomination and I congratulate her for that."

The 74-year-old self-described democratic socialist, who has been a thorn in Clinton's side over the last year, pledged to support his former rival through Election Day: "I intend to do everything I can to make certain she will be the next president of the United States."

One has to wonder if this isn't part of a psy-op. Create hope, smash it and create despair. Mmmm, lots of yummy loosh. Anger is tasty too.

A lot of Sanders people were only voting for him because he's not considered an "establishment" politician (in fact he's socialist). A lot of those people have been expressing for a while that they will be voting for Trump rather than Clinton.

Maybe Bernie was shown the clone they had of him waiting on standby, that they could easily activate to "replace" him, if he did not cooperate with an endorsement.

W's clone seemed to malfunction yesterday. Either that or the original model's MK ultra programming was breaking down. WTF!

I never thought Bush knew how to act right. He was always like a playground schoolboy to me. Maybe he did view the country and world as his playground...

9-11, Afghanistan and Iraq all happened under his watch. A LOT of innocent people dead. He'd have to be 100% reptile for some of that to not bother him. Being a hybrid isn't psychological firewall enough for some. Dick Cheney probably comforts himself with "I wasn't the president". A game he can play with himself. Georgie got to be "president" and the screw up he was shows that he was more human than many of the others around him. His goofy playful side was his most human aspect. The successful path to sobriety needs one to take an honest inventory of themselves. I am sure he'd rather be drunk. Even dead drunk.

    That's my take on it.

I tried and tried to get my brother-in-law to take that honest inventory...he was unable.

Funny that Trump is an 'antiestablishment' candidate. He's a huge part of the establishment. Just because he wasn't a politician doesn't make him antiestablishment. Not to me, anyway.

I never believed a word of what he had to say back then, I mean who would? But you know, now, seeing him so degraded and petty, I feel sorry for him. I really do...

Business man usually has a different history than a politician. Politics sell out the people they are paid for to represent. That is low life behavior from a public servant. Betrayal even. Biz people are supposed to make deals and get the best for themselves and who they represent and often do that. Everybody is happy, unless someone on the "other side" gets cheated. In business, getting cheated is also called being stupid and it comes with the game. Not pretty but, conscious participants know the rules of the game.

I don't think much of Trump but, I will not hold his biz history against him. His worst rap is having dealt with the NY mafia. Mafia are straighter crooks than politicians. They might charge "protection" but, yopu get it and they usually patronize your place too. Decent tippers in bars. Just don't be a smart ass with them. It takes a jerk to do that.

Georgie was a loser, his human part, lol. They made him prez and used him like a whore. Except, many whores have a whole lot more street sense than him. I can tell by looking at him, he is a broken man now. Anything else is an act and anyone who would want to trade places with him, because he is rich, would be a fool.

I agree. The man is a populist and he's just as coldblooded as Hillary is. He's only being touted as an anti-establishment candidate because he likes being politically incorrect. By the same token, Hillary Clinton isn't actually a progressive liberal either. She's a racist and an opportunistic psychopath. Her political opinions swing with the wind according to whatever provides her with the shortest path into the White House.

Bottom line: you can now choose between an intelligent psychopath with fake hair and a manipulative psychopath with fake boobs. Both of them are racists, but only one of them dares to admit it. So it's going to come down to which future will be deemed most acceptable by the Acronymian voters (*): having all Muslims within the USA deported or locked up in concentration camps and the border with Mexico sealed off, or a nuclear war with Iran (and the Russians) in the Middle East?

(*) Or that is to say, if we pretend-play for a moment that the US voting system isn't really rigged and that the delegates and super delegates cannot be bought.

I am not convinced his racial rhetoric is real. He picks on Muslims because he is riding the wave of media hate and fear mongering. That is my gut feeling about him. He picks on Iran for the Jewish vote. It is clear he just wants to get elected. His ego makes him think he can make the trash heap of the USA into something viable again.

I posted an article about Jill Stein offering Bernie the Prez slot with the Green Party. He clearly ignored the offer. Probably because so many Americans ignore the Green Party because they think it can't win. Americans are so vain they cannot countenance picking a loser. Even if it is better choice and better for the country. That would be thinking outside the box the media has them hypnotized into. The USA has massive bad karma, in a figurative sense, descending from the ones who participated in genocide of the natives of North America. I am staying with NA in this example for simplicity's sake.

"His ego..." "...so vain..." In a nutshell, this is the prob. Two sides of the same coin. When did we stop valuing humility and common sense? They were still values when my parents were raising me.

Having said that, money changed some people I know in profound and not good ways. I watched some pretty ugly transformations happen when people suddenly got a lot of money. Their values and priorities changed and they cared less for others. It made egos bigger. They became elite in their own way and criticism was just seen as jealousy.

I don't expect Trump to listen to Americans' concerns if he's President. I expect him to play to his own advantage. A business man's instincts don't lend themselves to leading everyone. Or being compassionate. Or having understanding. We need a leader that cares about all Americans. I don't see that with Trump. Or Hillary.

That is what just blows my mind when it comes to the BS Trump and his minion followers spout like, "were gonna take our country back." The hypocrisy and cognitive dissonance could not be any more profound. It NEVER was their country in the first place. They are ALL IMMIGRANTS or descendants of IMMIGRANT INVADERS who STOLE this country from its original inhabitants, which were murdered/diseased/raped/put in concentration camps. All the $hit they are so fearful of from current day immigrants. But they are "different," of course.

Karma is a biatch and she is laughing her arse off.
