Soros has been a democrat...well....all his life? Of course they supported it!
But this protest was about a whole lot more. There were a multitude of Bernie supporters there too. Plus women who were simply outraged by the language of the new Prez about objectifying women. I happened to be one of those outraged women who was a Bernie supporter. And If I hear you say that it was just locker room talk I would suggest to start your own thread and not make this a platform for your biases to derail Gios thread. Which btw is multi objective. In other words contains all sides of the spectrum of daily events he deems interesting and unusual.

I think it was significant that so many women (and men too) got out and marched and the energy behind this collective stirring is what is interesting. So far in the couple of days I have watched, IMO Trump has dropped some balls (hehe).
(example) The way he has had his staff focus on numbers at the Inauguration (when he could have even made it about "Not as many people may have been physically there because (yada yada) but MANY were watching online etc....."
The embarrassing arguments on view between the (YES it look like Propaganda Barbie with alternative facts???) spokes people for Trump and "Media" outlet programs. I could not see why there was need to argue about the "numbers". The whole subject held an implication that Trump is snitted all up by his Image being "besmirched" and a driving need to look like he is correct. (and THAT fastidious need to be right won't take a 4 year beating!!!)
On that subject, he contradicts himself. It looked really weird that after all the blah blah abiout Russians and the election, he suddenly a few days ago said it could have been the Russians who leaked the emails.... but does not matter? This looks to me like he has no bedrock of truth that he stands on.
ALSO, the ignoring of the SIGNIFICANCE that a feeling of (what ?:resistance, outrage, fed-up-ness???) could magnetize that many marchers (and even if it was harnessed by Soros or whomever). That is plain dangerous.
WHY isn't TRUMP realizing that loose filings looking for a magnet need to be gathered up? The energy was REAL with people stirred up for human rights. The spokes people at the head of the line used that (and made it look absurd on camera when Madonna and others were placed at the Mic)
Trump and Co. look very reactive. I hope for cooler considered wisdom kicking in....THAT IS IF he really means to make America great again.
There is NOT a black and white feminazis versus good ole boy (and girl) landscape no matter how it would be "easy"to paint that. Real people have real strivings for what they understand of freedom, value, and necessity.
