Another saddest thing. The scams abounding are so bad. Not only do they bilk folks out of money/savings, they also inflame and upset people and cause other sorts of societal woe.

Societal behaviour starts where, usually one can gauge from the amount of pain and suffering within a country-family-community-city-town etc , the cause of pain and suffering is usually ?.
