This is how the military will be respond to the economic collapse, and how they will put down armed uprisings, riots and domestic revolts.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY & LISTEN TO THE VIDEO:

As promised, these are some of the classified documents given to me by my good friend in the Department of Defense, a very highly ranked official I have known for many years.

The program is called "Nano Domestic Quell".

As the documents clearly demonstrate, the U.S. government has embarked on a program to implement a secret "Armageddon nano device" that mimics a flu virus, to be activated on the public in the instance of domestic uprisings, riots and armed resistances.

The nano devices are in, or "carried" by, an estimated 87% of the population at this point, with a projected 98% inflected by 2014.

Chances are, you already have this nano device inside of your body as you read this.

Please understand: these nano devices are inert until activated by a radio signal or transmission.

You are safe until a cell tower, drone or other method of transmission activates the device. (I do not personally know how this transmission works. The documents I've received do not go into any detail on that specifically. I do know drones and cell towers will be used, however.)

Once activated, the device will mimic the flu virus. You will be dead within 10 to 12 days. There is no known cure or way to prevent this. (I go into more detail on this in some of my videos, of which I recommend viewing all of them to fully understand and appreciate what is going on.)

The military can target very specific locations, particularly with drones (why do you think they want drones over U.S. skies so desperately?). They can target a room, a small house, an apartment complex, a city block, a town, or a whole metropolitan area.

By simply firing this signal, the nano devices in your body will be activated and you will die from what will appear to be a very severe case of the flu.

The virus outbreak can scale from individual or group-targets, or to a large city-wide outbreak.

This program was not created to kill everyone. Let me repeat: they are not trying to kill everyone. They created this program to deal with domestic uprisings during an economic collapse.

It is now ready and being implemented. When the collapse happens, they won't have enough troops to control the country or deal with the armed resistances. They needed another way of keeping control. By not having to fire a single shot to put down an armed uprising, they're essentially "killing two birds with one stone". A flu virus will appear to be a random "act of God" instead of perceived government aggression.

Why do you think they haven't banned guns? They don't need to with this system in place.

Please bear in mind that there is an active campaign underway to discredit me, attack me and bring me down. Please understand my children are sick and I believe their sickness -- a bizarre skin condition that is worsening for both of them -- is a result of my blowing the whistle. I believe they have been harmed intentionally. I believe they are trying to send me a message by messing with my children.

I need your help. I need your trust. I need you to help this spread. I have more documents, with even more frightening information, but at this point, my life is in danger. If no one is paying attention or listening, it does me nothing to continue with this, other than put my life and the lives of my family in certain danger, all for nothing.

If it doesn't spread or go viral in some manner, we are finished, because they will continue to destroy me, remove any trace of me from the internet (records from my some of my previous employers are already missing, among other things), they will destroy me and the public will never find out about this.

Those skin lesions on his son's arm look like flesh eating bacteria similar to MRSA at the end of the video.

It's a shame people don't believe Bill Weld due to his voice and poor health. It's strange he doesn't start all his videos telling people he has kidney failure and other health problems as he did on one of his earlier videos.

Thanks for your efforts and I look forward to seeing the other documents. On August 5, 2013, Scientific American came out with an article about these devices - they do exist. Google - "Nanoscale Medical Devices Can Have Huge Effects" Good luck to you and your family.

Also, if he posted reference to other specialists in the microwave field such as Dr. Barrie Trower as he talks about around 13 minutes concerning bacteria that could be 100 years old and activated at a specific wave length using HAARP or similar frequency device. Grave diggers have known this many years.

Sooz the cabal work in many ways, debunking themselves is part of their methodolgy. So as in everything discount nothing. They want the maximum fear factor within humanity. Awareness is our only true protection, that and in going to our higher selves too. Ask them if this is rubbish. Their gods are dead now, they are terrified of us even more now, they will find the means to annihilate us anyway they can. Even if they were in total control they would still create stuff like this. For all those afraid of the cabal, try this "ask you higher selves to give its courage its faith and trust and its awareness on a permanent basis".

While I agree with Sooz, when I was in the pharmacy picking up meds yesterday the pharmacist was doing their level best to get me to accept a flu shot. I was told to "Come here and get your flu shot at once!" and jokingly replied "you'll have to get a rope!".

It may be true that some of the worst diseases we have ever suffered from have been eradicated, or at least significantly contained by the use of vaccination. But the number of whistleblowers coming forward has me thinking that at some point in the last two centuries what was at one point a benign and positive method of prophylaxis was perverted for more sinister purposes.

Some questions arise from this for me.

Why would an infinite soul having a highly temporary human experience fear the death of that vehicle whether natural or otherwise?

Why would an infinite soul be afraid of temporary symptoms that kill few anyway?

Why would an infinite soul NOT be chuffed that this petty little attempt at temporary control is transitory and feeble in comparison to their innate timeless abilities that know no dimensional or inter-universal bounds?

Of course it matters, they are systematically killing us in every which way shape or form they possibly can. In a universe of perpetual mortality I would question wether that's something to be feared or not?

If someone tried to eff with my Soul, whether in human form or otherwise THAT is when I'll start to care. But to spend time worrying about the pesky little schemes that they may or may not be up to (and even if they were are irrelevant in the long run of the Soul) is an exercise in futility. THAT is precisely the reason we shouldn't worry or fear. Then they really do win because you waste your experience here in fear.

They can poison my water, feed me bacteria, steal every liberty I have ever presumed to have but I will still stumble up to the grim reaper with a smile and embrace him with thanks for my passing. And there is NOTHING these psychopaths can do to stop me, which must really **** them off.

One thing , I don't want you to think sooz , is that I do not care about the heinous actions of the military complex, cabal , what ever they are called . (I don't care the name ,they are al pure evil )

What I care about and pray for is that the people in the military, the police , the law enforcers , the people that blindly go about following orders and holding the weaponry , that they WAKE up !!! The dictators are nothing without these enforcers.
That these people are free from the brainwashing and redeem their souls !
