The Democrats and all previous Republican presidents have honored the endless UN resolutions that demand Israeli withdrawal and the provisions of the Geneva Convention that make Trumps position a war crime.

Wikileaks also claimed on Tuesday that Ecuador were being pressured to end Assange’s asylum in their London embassy over fears the leak could damage the country’s reputation with the US.

You're right about that. But what happens then? We have a long string of law-breaking associated with the White House and they all seem to be getting away with it, one way or another.
Let's say enough Americans get angry, get out and vote, and vote someone else in. What do the parties do then?
Honestly the most realistic hope we have of anyone cleaning house is if we had a military dictatorship at least pulling strings and cleaning up in the background until the government of this country is not approaching chaos anymore. I know that sounds terrifying I think the US military will not betray its nation (they are sworn to stand up to all enemies foreign and domestic after all) and the general population itself can only do so much through protests before things become violent anyway, and as long as the military is loyal to its people and has some sense of responsibility it doesn't have to be a terrible thing.
I don't think anyone is ever going to come out and announce officially that "the US is now a military dictatorship," but let's be honest with ourselves. What we have now is an oligarchy of the most despicable kinds of politicians, bankers, intelligence assets and businesspeople in this country. That's what we already have running the show. If Pentagon types take over behind the scenes even just to avoid WW3, we may not be in some idealist fantasy land but at least we are moving in a better direction.

The information shared by lift the veil is very thought provoking. Julian Assange certainly appears to be protected. The information suggests he is a 'front man' and is certainly food for thought. Personally I don't know the man, I only know what is made public and have to discern facts for myself. Can I discern the facts? Unless I spent time with him- or any person for that matter - then I might have a better chance of discerning the facts from the disinformation.
Someone mentioned Julian Assange in a conversation with me and stated that it would be very easy for a person, with the training and skills to harm him, when he makes himself publicly available on the balcony of his current enclave. Why has he not been harmed? Many people are murdered for far less than he has purportedly done and many notables have been murdered for far more. How do we work out what is really happening???
It appears to be a fact that the elite paedophile rings will do almost anything to protect themselves. We do not know whether the information stating Assange visits any elite paedophile rings is true. The issue then becomes a matter of connecting the information so that it becomes solid evidence. How do we do that? Someone needs to supply photographic evidence of that information.
Who knows what the truth is anymore? All we can do is to keep sharing relevant information and evidence and see where it leads - yes?

The friend that sent it said it perfectly - "It's mind boggling to me that his argument for assassinating someone is 'he's leaking information.' Instead of 'he's lying and everything is absolutely not true, we can prove that he's lying.' He basically confirms everything is true by stating that it's a leak."

My automatic reaction is always to scrutinize every word and behavior because I'm always assuming they're smarter than most. I'm beginning to believe it's all just falling apart and they're all losing it, scrambling and emotional and reactionary... The glass castle is shattering and their arrogance has caught up with them. Maybe the playing field really is leveling.

Rebel&Rocket - I am inclined to agree with all you say about the falling apart. From my personal perspective, as a Child Abuse Whistleblower, I can assure you and anyone else reading this comment; That much is happening behind the scenes. I am at a stage where I can no longer post anything regarding my current Child Abuse Whistleblower journey because it is all subject to court and professional agencies.
Keep in mind that there are many decent people in positions of authority, who work quietly and with absolutely no thanks for the boundaries they push and for the effort they give, to giving a voice to those who are without a voice. Nebulous and cryptic I know - but - I will underline the fact that those who are beamed out via the mainstream media along with those who make headlines regularly via alternate media may both be tied to the same source/origin/support base.
In our current climate - only those with strong intuition and coupled with psychology and even gut instinct - will have any real hope of not ending up tangled in the web of lies. Julian Assange may be a willing accomplice and he may be a targeted individual, who has been pulled into something he can no longer control. Who knows? Someone does and it will not be long before the truth is actually placed directly beneath a huge spotlight. It will happen - all truth fizzes up to the surface. Until the truth emerges - complete and intact - we must all keep placing one foot in front of the other, in order to move forward - yes???

I suspected, but am happy to hear you confirm that much is happening behind the scenes. I also suspect that what is happening behind the scenes is far more organized and carefully calculated than the abusers have been - out of necessity, because it takes much more patience and planning to prove wrongdoing than it does to do wrong. Again, their arrogance catching up with them finally.

I'm probably as surprised that I find this the most realistic approach I've heard as you are that you said it in the first place. The last thing I want is to be on lockdown with a bunch of 19yos with guns all over the place, but if they truly were part of the "us" instead of being brainwashed to be with "them," I actually don't find that crazy.
Interesting though - I just shared this with a friend who is enlisted and just recently left a Pentagon job and transferred to Pendleton to do something else. He's a very smart guy with a clear understanding of what's really going on, and his reaction was that it wouldn't work if the people weren't behind it. Most people here are angry and focused on media-created race wars and distracted from what's really going on - and the presence of more uniforms with guns would not be appreciated.

Military style overthrow of any government would be fraught with problems - wouldn't it? Armed Services are a reality of the created paradigm in which we currently reside however without them it might resort to anarchy. The main thought I have with a military takeover is that just like government - they have leaders, commanders and those who issue orders.
When we can self govern, in a fair and harmonious manner - that is when we can regain our freedom but as long as we have psychopaths and narcissists roaming free, we will need to continue the good fight.
Anyone have any thoughts on Julian Assange and the exact reason he is installed in an enclave? I am not referring to the beamed out reason - I am referring to the events that led up to his turning to the embassy. I like to go backwards, like a detective, look for the actions and administrative paperwork that led to his actions. He has avoided court and jail when others have not. The comment I recall him making in an interview, he refers to the fact that Wikileaks has been set up to receive and store information - here's the rub - not to identify the sender.
That comment, for me invokes questions and thoughts about what is behind that comment. Surely there are ways to trace information and evidence - Chelsea Manning leaked sensitive information and the leak was traced. Why not other leaks??? Was Chelsea Manning a public example? A public message for those who know how to interpret the cryptic messages sent via beamed technology? Just thinking out aloud.

Yep. Give me a law and I'll give you 1000 ways it's being corrupted by the very people who are sworn to uphold it. Honestly, the reason the thought even begins to appeal to me is because I often imagine all the ways those same uniforms with guns can be used against us. The thought of the tables being turned is preferable in that scenario.
As far as Julian Assange, I can't figure it out. We agree that things seem to be falling apart for "them." It's so difficult at this point to determine if these leaks are intentional and part of the scheme. There continue to be rumors about Ed Snowden being a Greenberg, but I don't think we have absolute confirmation, right? Either the master plan is so meticulously orchestrated and far-reaching that all the chaos is by design, or....There are factions, and factions within factions, and they are splitting off and fighting each other - and there are very complex reasons he's still alive. Less obvious reasons than "he's a Rockefeller." Besides, the people who intentionally put themselves directly into the spotlight - at least until recently - were generally ensuring their safety by going public.
And tracing the information sources? Yes. I mean, I'm sure Aragorn could probably give you a dissertation on the limited ways those sources could be completely protected, and the myriad ways they are traceable regardless of anyone saying they're not (because I'm pretty sure he's a walking encyclopedia when it comes to anything relating to technology, space and physics, or Tolkien) - but my much more limited knowledge says nothing's safe. Nothing's untraceable. We have an entire government agency here dedicated to assuring that we are never completely protected - the one they say is necessary to protect our security.

So the questions still remain; Why is Julian Assange still safe? What or who is protecting him?
As for Snowden; Exactly how did he manage to take highly sensitive information/evidence out of an extremely secure setting? From reading articles et cetera, my understanding is that the security in the alphabet agencies is monitored by such sensitive technology as, iris identification. The next question, after accepting that he took all manner of data with him, is this; Why is he still alive?
Entire planes go down, go missing and all sorts of disappearances and suspicious deaths occur with regard to Whistleblowing. Why do some die and why do some go on and on and on? Why do some appear protected?
As an example, with Julian Assange and the allegations of sexual assault. An excellent article was written by an investigative journalist. Her work appeared thorough and I noted that her article and the information it contained - did not - make it to mainstream media. That's a clue in itself. She documented the manner in which the sexual assault allegation was investigated and I saw what she saw. As a former operational Police officer there are certain protocols that are followed by all Police. NEVER would two victims be interviewed together - NEVER. As soon as I read that the two female victims were interviewed together - I saw the flaws. Apparently he was at a dinner the night before and he went back to his hotel room with one of the women. I thought set up immediately - it is very common.
So - I am still wondering whether Julian Assange is exceptionally intelligent but has been 'trapped' or he is complicit and has been from the start. The truth will reveal itself eventually. From personal experience, I can still walk down the street where I live. Is this because my Whistleblower journey involves Children and the majority of society understands what I have and am still doing? Is it because I am not connected to any organisation? Is it because the 'enemy' is watching me - to see what I do next? Is it due to my vast underground following? Who hold documents in trust? Who knows why some Whistleblowers need to flee their home and some don't.
Julian Assange may be an agent or a double agent or even a triple agent - such as has been suggested with regard to Houdini. He was eventually killed and the story about an infected appendix is rubbish. Just sharing my thoughts and thinking out aloud. Thanks for listening, as it were.
