Hey Aianawa,

I watched Vril last night it wasn't what I expected but it was fascinating. The history of white supremacy in Germany started early in the 20th century and the Nazi regime was just the culmination. It started with V/Folkish reverence for the 'natural' world, magic, astrology, natural spiritualism. The German land imparted a mystical power and supremacy to the pure German people was the essence of the movement started by Madame Blavatsky and then taken up by 'Lantz'. Heinrich Himmler was a strident devotee of the movement, hated Catholicism and danced naked with the fairies in the fields. Scary stuff, I could almost feel myself being drawn in as I watched it. It was the ultimate ego draw and had the power of crossing the event horizon of a black hole.

Many of my ancestors emigrated from Germany in the 19th century and I found myself thinking weird thoughts as a result ...

In my personal experience, it's incredibly refreshing to hear Republicans actually look the truth in the eye and call it what it is. I have seen so much BS, excuse making, both-siderism, it makes me want to puke. The values my family raised me with were thrown into the trash bin by current Republicans under Trump.

That, and the fact that so many live in a bubble, is the basis for my posting these here. People in the alternative community need to see that there really are Americans who think with logic and see through the mist and illusion.
