Can you feel that he is helping you see what you do not wish to see and feel within yourself, your country, your family, your past, your future and present ?.

Trump's ilk has already done more than enough to show me whatever might be shown. He's not an outsider as portrayed. He's an insider of the business/mob/foreign money kind. There are many like him in America. He's just the biggest promoter type amongst them. He's the PT Barnum of real estate and finance.

American banks haven't been willing to loan money for his business enterprises since the nineties. Enter the Russians.

What is he really showing us that we didn't already know?

Money before people. Ego rules. The rules apply to us but not to him.

OK, he's a bit more like monarchy than most American businessmen. He wants to have military parades where he's front and center. He wants to make decrees. He was supposedly so outraged at Obama's executive orders and golfing and now he's surpassed both in less than a year. He is hypocrisy embodied. I need no further lessons on how I choose not to be. Thank you anyway.

Last I checked, the cabal does the same crap.

No, I'm very much aware of what he invokes in me and that is okay. It is him and what he represents to the world around him that makes him the disease that he is.

    One for the Trump side...

The Democratic Florida congressperson was so grating and disgusting when she described the failure of Trump's phone call to the Gold Star family of La David Johnson (I think) that I had to turn it off. This women has a future as Cyntia McKinney's right hand maiden.

I'm sure we can agree on the fact that Trump is an agent of change, Agent Orange perhaps. Change may come through chaos, but sometimes even a bitch slap is needed to wake up people by en mass. In these times it might be even more necessary than ever before... The system is rotten to the bone and if you can't fix it then replace it.

They might try that on somebody else, but not on me. I sift information from many sources, but honestly, it is immediately obvious ... I can usually tell within a sentence or two if I'm listening to the truth or not. I'm serious...A line or two is enough...sometimes less.

It has been advised that it is important to watch what the Trump Administration does rather than listen to what it says.

As far as the media goes, there are many sources. Many are sincere. That doesn't mean they offer the truth. Half or some amount of the truth is only that, and can be misleading. Surveys show that how a question is asked affects the answers given, often a great deal.

All media, mainstream or alternative needs to be looked at with skeptical eyes and thoughtful minds. Choosing to outright ignore or accept any of it is not smart. There really is no media that has our best interests at heart. They are either owned, operating from a position or openly biased.

Journalists quite often have the peoples' best interests at heart. And journalists don't control what gets played or printed. That would be editors, owners, controllers. The journalists are at the bottom of the pyramid. And investigative journalism has suffered a great deal. Entertainment is the name of the money game.

The best way of thinking about this, is to compare it to the human metabolic system.

So for instance, you could say that the US Democrats would be meat and that the US Republicans would be vegetables — or the other way around, it doesn't matter. And what a politician of either persuasion says is just the variety of meat or vegetables.

There is veal, there's chicken, there's pork, and/or there are potatoes, beans, carrots, lettuce, and so on. But in the end, what comes out of the nether orifice is still going to be feces, and it still stinks.

Yes, the banks. Just think about it. Everything on this planet is controlled by the banks. They have a hand in every industry, in every corporation, in every government.

Take out the banks and the whole thing comes tumbling down like a house of cards, because nobody's going to be working anymore without getting paid, and each and every corporation is indebted to the banks — that's how the banks make their fortune in the first place. And if there's a war, then the banks are sponsoring both sides of the battlefield — it's called hedging. That way, whoever wins the war, the bank always wins.

This is true, and if anyone comes forward with a doable idea of how to change that reality, we should all pay attention, in my opinion.

I have been following Ellen Brown's effort to promote public banks, but it seems the movement is only focusing at the state and local level, not the federal. Until something like that is national and international, it wouldn't work, I guess.

We can expose government lies until it's all exposed, but until we solve the problem of privately owned, central banks having control of the money supply, nothing will change.

There was an initiative here in Belgium a number of years ago, prompted by the local bank bailouts we've had here as well. This initiative was to create a "bank of the citizens" — I forgot its name — where each customer would actually be a shareholder of the bank. They only accepted a small amount from every candidate-shareholder to begin with — I'm not sure anymore but I think it was 100 € — regardless of how wealthy or how poor each candidate was, because they wanted to make it as unbiased as possible, keeping the major power brokers out of the game.

Sadly enough, last time I checked — which was a few years ago — they were still battling with the legal issues regarding recognition as a legitimate financial institution, and I haven't heard anything of it anymore since. The mainstream media have of course also not been reporting on it anymore, and that's how come I forgot what this new bank was to be called. I am also not sure whether it was to be a strictly Belgian bank or whether there were plans of going across the borders and into other European member states.
