I've just read in the local news here that George H. W. Bush is now backing out from supporting Donald Trump, and that he's now openly supporting Hillary Clinton. That clearly shows how the Clintons and the Bush family are tied together. The skeletons are falling out of the closet.

Yes, and that's good. That is really going to backfire on the Bushes. The Republican base is much more supportive of Trump than they are of the Bushes at this point, and if Trump wins then Hillary's political protection goes bye-bye and some big names are going to be hauled into court. The Bushes openly showing where their true allegiance lies (to fellow mobsters) is just going to make it that much easier to haul them in for the same kinds of stuff.

Here's some history on the connections between the Bush and Clinton crime network:

    Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTIXRy7ssbI

I use a lot of different terms, like CIA faction, CIA mobsters, Bush/Clinton faction, Bush/Clinton/CIA mafia, etc. It's a more complicated network than that and I don't know all of its dirty dealings and connections, but I put all of these names together for a reason. The Bushes came to power through banking for the Nazis and then directing the CIA with George H.W. Bush. The Clintons have been up to their necks in the same corruption at least since the late 1970's. That documentary above covers how the Bushes and Clintons cooperated to enable the CIA to run arms to Nicaragua to support rebels in exchange for cocaine, which they flew back and sold to minorities in inner cities for an obviously illegal source of funding.

I've tried to talk to my family about the connection between the Bush and Clinton families. I usually get something like, "You're crazy" in response. Or, "Maybe, but..." and no-one actually addresses the issue. It's quite predictable. And annoying. Perhaps I should visit Aianawa's thread...

That thumbnail of Graham is pretty funny, shows an appropriate disbelief of the whole thing.

bsbray, thanks as always for your thorough replies.

Neo-con is certainly a contradiction in terms as is "social liberal, fiscal conservative," something I've been hearing Republicans call themselves my whole life.

It's amazing how easy it is for people to call me liberal when I haven't stated a single position or belief. All it takes is criticizing or failing to agree with conservatives. And these are the ones who have been claiming to be 'social liberals'.

My peers in college, I graduated in '87, were saying the following, "I'm not joining the Republican party because I believe in the moral stuff. I'm joining because I want to make money." Hypocritical and unAmerican in one fell swoop. Or should I say, one swell poop.

It's mostly in the past now. Trump is clearly bringing change in a huge wave to the party. Now we'll see what ensues.

I guess it's easy to fall into the trap of trying to sum up someone's political ideologies just by one or two comments or even by the way someone dresses or what kind of vehicle they drive. To some extent we've probably been conditioned to do that just to further fan the flames of division between people. I remember during the Bush era the vitriol towards liberals and progressives really was very openly inflammatory, like that Ann Coulter book you mentioned, or how anti-war demonstrators were demonized as unpatriotic scum (like Cindy Sheehan). But then during Obama's years the shoe was on the other foot and we've had gallons upon gallons of political correctness dumped down our throats until a Latino man goes on CNN saying that illegal immigrants are here illegally and receives a righteous sermon about how hateful he is toward his own people, or Obama praising a bunch of people who go around calling for the murder of police officers.

Really I think the scale of what the MSM and its talking heads are doing is on the level of treason. They have had too much power over public perception and opinion. Not only do we need media reform but some people really do need to be locked up, especially after the DNC email leak that proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the DNC and media outlets were circumventing laws against collusion to reward Hillary supporters. No big shocker that that wasn't covered in the MSM either.

My peers in college, I graduated in '87, were saying the following, "I'm not joining the Republican party because I believe in the moral stuff. I'm joining because I want to make money." Hypocritical and unAmerican in one fell swoop. Or should I say, one swell poop.
You know that's one of the biggest stereotypes about Americans that foreigners have, and I think there is a lot of truth to it. We are much more unapologetically capitalist than many other countries in the world (not that that's necessarily bad as long as it's well-regulated) and back about 100 years ago if you were born, lived and died working hard 10 or 12 hours a day, 6 days a week in the slums of New York, it was your fault if you died in poverty because you just didn't work hard and smart enough. That was the attitude. It's not as bad today as it used to be, and there has been a lot of fair reform (a lot of corrupt and ineffective reform too), but that's still a common attitude to come across here.

    Slow motion crash and burn:

“If you do know somebody who might be voting for Trump, stage an intervention,” Clinton pleaded with her remote audience. “Try to talk some sense into them. Lay out the facts. The facts are on our side, about what I’ve done versus what he’s done. Remember, friends don’t let friends vote for Trump.”

In case anyone wants to hear what Trump is saying to all of these massive crowds all over the US, here's a speech he gave recently in North Carolina:

He's been carrying on a tour for weeks that would make most rock bands look tired.

As we get closer to election day and Trump looking a shoe in, even with the theatre being staged by puppitears, much of the world outside usa is starting to see the sick joke.

I know this is Astrology, but someone might find it applicable to this whole story (as I do) just another area to enter into your election issues.

The US has an illness, and Trump is the symptom

    Posted: 08 Oct 2016 09:01 AM PDT

An explicit recording of Donald Trump’s misogynistic sexual harassment was just released last night, threatening to torpedo the halfhearted support of Trump’s Republican colleagues while creating very little stir among his passionate supporters.

Portions of this article appeared in earlier posts. The Sagittarius ascendant in the US chart reflects the expansive tendency of the American empire which is probably the single thing that will be its undoing. Like other empires before it, the expansion of the national identity (Sagittarius ascendant) through ideas like Manifest Destiny which inspired pioneers to trek across the undeveloped terrain and do battle with the native peoples and Mexicans and Canadians who were already living on the land. . . .

Since Pluto entered the contracting sign of Capricorn, however, the cracks in the foundation have become more evident. Pluto deals with issues of compulsion and use and misuse of power, and in the US chart Pluto lives in the second house of money, but the hunger for money and resources combined with the relentless urge to continually expand the national identity (Sagittarius rising) is not a good combination for a sound economic policy.

Since 2014 Pluto has been no more than two degrees from an exact opposition (stressful aspect) to the Sun in the US chart. (Geeky astrological detail: because Saturn squares the US Sun, Pluto is also transiting in square to US Saturn which applies even more pressure.) The candidacy of Donald Trump with his openly expressed xenophobia has opened the door to the dark Plutonic realms of the US citizenry. His campaign rallies have resembled WWE spectacles more than political events. Racists of all flavours and types feel ennobled to express their views which have long been hidden under a guise of respectability.

This, my friends, is Pluto in action. Trump didn't cause this to happen together with Pluto, he opened the door to the circles of hell and the demons began to emerge from the underground of the US psyche.

The connection between the chart of Donald Trump and the US chart is revealing, especially where the female archetype (the Moon) is concerned. Trump’s Mars (aggressive machismo) is exactly opposite the US Moon, and the US Mars is exactly conjunct Trump’s Sun (Self) opposite Trump’s Moon (which you may remember is a Full Moon and an eclipse and thus already highly charged with emotional intensity). This dynamic is explosive and keeps things stirred up as we have certainly seen in this election cycle.

The release of this tape occurs just as Saturn (tests and challenges) makes its final pass over the US Ascendant (the way the nation appears to the rest of the world). In addition, transiting Jupiter (news media, expansion, egrandisement) has just formed a challenging square to Jupiter in the US chart – a planetary transit that is often associated with reckless behaviour and ignorance.

The comments made in this newly released tape were made in 2005 during a series of dramatic planetary cycles to Trump’s chart including a transit of Pluto (compulsion and destruction) opposite Trump’s Sun, his second Saturn Return, a time when we have to face the fact that we are heading into the Third Age of life, and his progressed Moon (emotions) opposite his natal Pluto (obsession).

No one should be surprised by these comments – Trump has been saying these things publicly (though less explicitly) for years. I’m sure there are many men who wish they could be in Trump’s shoes, and many of us over the age of 40 remember being treated in just the manner that Trump brags about.

The next eight years will be a critical time in US history as transiting Pluto (destruction and regeneration) completes its opposition to the US Sun and approaches the US Pluto return in 2022-2023. This difficult time will be followed by some major harmonious planetary cycles which will hopefully set the country back on track. In the meantime, the darkness will continue to erupt into the American psyche until it can be eradicated once and for all.

Hillary is a symptom too. Would be nice to see that in an astrology report. Lots of hypocrisy coming from the matriarchal energy on this planet.

I think I'm going to study astrology and write up a report on how likely it is on any given day that Bill Clinton rapes someone, and Hitlery then helps him cover it up and berate the women who make any accusations.

Maybe Juanita Broaddrick can help me out.
