I needed to correct something...Silver not Gold...though gold is certainly relevant. It was gold according to non-canonical texts from St. Joseph of Arimathea, of whom I have always had an admiration for as he donated the crypt that Jesus was buried in. He was a Jewish wealthy citizen that was sympathetic to Jesus' cause and plight. A bit of an anomaly in the New Testament of the Bible...hard emphasis on New Testament because it was exactly what its name says.
