    BBC Documentary: Secrets of Your Missing Mail

    Even though this documentary is set in the UK, the UPS here in the US seems to have similar issues. I've heard stories about the rough handling of packages and poor delivery services, but seeing it through undercover video is still pretty surprising and frustrating.

    Wow Malc, you've been watching so much Disney you're picking up how to do magic now.

    Thanks for embedding it for me. It really is pretty ridiculous how these guys throw around fragile stuff all day, take stuff home when packages bust open, tear open letters and then throw them in the trash...
