UFO Gives Spectators Show Over North Korea On Sept 15, 2015

Here is a TV show from Mexico that talks about a North Korea UFO sighting. The sighting took place back in Sept of this year and shows a UFO and its shields changing its color. As the UFO gets close to the clouds it appears white, and in between the clouds against the blue sky its metallic. During the show he mentions that most North Koreans are not allowed to own a camera, so the person who uploaded it is taking a big chance. Punishment in North Korea is often death. This is really incredible footage.

I don't know about you, but these 'ufo displays' that are apparently just for 'show,'
seem to be a decoy for what really is going on.

why would a visiting entity put on a public show like this?

could these be cases of 'the rabbit and the hound'?
furiously working undercover to the left, the rabbit runs right, as does the hound.

It depends on who you think is putting on the 'displays' and 'shows'. If it's genuine ETs (of goodwill), then gradually increasing sightings around the world could be a better idea than doing a unheralded mass decloak, right? If it's less benign factions, or not ET origin craft/faked craft, then yeah, more complex. I would say it's both, not either/or...

If this isn't a hoax (and I've seen nothing yet to suggest it is) then this is what I would consider the most likely reason for it as well, if it's ET. It could also be a human military craft. There are a lot of possibilities. But in Arthur C. Clarke's Childhood's End (a very interesting book), the way ETs choose to announce their presence on Earth is to simply hover huge ships high above the major cities on Earth, until eventually people get used to seeing them. I can see how this policy may have already been in place for some time, since UFOs have already begun to really work their way into the conscious mind of humanity.
