I kinda wish Prince hadn't gone Jehovah's Witness. But other than that, he was utterly amazing. His performances give goose bumps. I never saw him live. Wish I had.

That's news to me, but it could have been worse. He could have turned into a scientologist.

Funny you said that. Leah Rimini's show about scientology had pivoted towards Jehovah's Witness practices. There were many similarities including families disowning other family members.

I wasn't so familiar with his stuff either besides the most famous hits, but of course his name preceded him.

Weird that we were just talking about him recently here too. I really dig his playing in Beat It.
