IMO one could just as easily include magick to that list of descriptors. Exactly like being under a spell.
Back in the run up to the '08 election, I was fascinated by much the same phenomena of people mindlessly flocking to Obama rallies. The spectacles I was seeing on t.v. were reminiscent to me of people mindlessly flocking to pay tribute to a short shit politician with a funny little mustache some 70 years earlier. Well son of a bitch as Joe Biden might say, that traveling road show wound up going right through my former home town at the time down in central Florida.
How could I pass up the opportunity to wait in a long ass line, and endure Secret Service scrutiny, in order to go and witness one of these historical phenomena's for myself; to feel the excitement, that buzz of electricity crackling through the air that seemingly so intoxicates masses of people. What's it like to actually be right up in there and a part of that?
Well, I was within 50' of the big guy, the crowd predictably going bananas, in total awe of this man, but I couldn't feel a damn thing... It didn't matter whether I agreed with him or not, it was just an experiment to feel that certain something that has drawn and electrified masses of people throughout history. Big disappointment. You know what I say? A tall slender black man, and that was the extent of it, just another ordinary man and nothing else...
It's not so much the individual that's exciting and intoxicating, it's what's surrounding them and running through them.
I'm really hoping The Trump show will come rolling through Knoxville before this election cycle is all said and done, because again, I'll wait in that long ass line again to try and get me a spot nice and close up to witness live the current incarnation of this hysteria that so drives people out of their friggin minds in bowing down to utter nonsense.
I'll not be really expecting anything this go around however. I think the magick is in the matrix show only for those who buy into it, which coming back around to your topic Orbs, leaves some on the outside looking in. You know, lonely as that can be, I think it's a good healthy vantage point to witness how the big show operates.
Be happy you're not a part of the big show, it was meant to be, and I'm sure Chris never told you it was going to be easy now did he?
Like a dearly departed member of The Project used to say: "All Is Well".
