Do You Want to Feed it? Or Starve it? With your Attention

Robert Moss is my favorite person who works with dreams. One of the things he says is that the great stories are looking for the right person/people to tell them.

He also talks about how to feed the animal spirit you need as a guide. For instance, he's close with the bear because of dreams and healing. But he called on the mountain lion to help him when he went on a trip to higher elevations. Feeding the 'animal' you're working with may mean living and eating in ways that this animal can relate to.
