I particularly resonated with the part that Wilcock said that we on Earth are just part of an "Experience" being a mix of terrestrial and extra terrestrial dna.
I have intuitively mentioned that possibility in two threads in the past (which I cannot find) and that humanity are a sort of evolving race being used as a sort of oracle to perhaps solve much grander cosmic issues?

Perhaps, it was a Divine plan to allow all difference species around the galaxies to incarnate on this planet with a COMMON human body.

Again picking up on Wes Penre papers (which are looking more and more accurate and compare relatively well with Corey/DW's general message), he mentions how the earth was initially planned to be a "Living Library" experiment. It would contain life forms brought in from the entire galaxy. This explains the richness and diversity of life observed on our lovely planet. DNA contains all information and history of our biological ancestors. Thus by having DNA from across the galaxy you in essence have a Galactic Library containing the history of the entire milky way galaxy. We humans of earth were intended to be the Library Keepers / Guardians. This Living Library would have been made available to all races but was sequestrated 250000BC by the Draco empire. The experiment was engineered by many races of which we can include the Vegan's and Lyran's as some of the original creators (ancient pleiadians). At some point after the reptilian take over of Earth the Lyrians and Vegans were forced to flee the planet. The pleiadians (offshoot of Lyrians) returned to Earth at some point and actually made a treaty with the "Sumerian Gods". Thats why they have such a strong presence currently on Earth (reincarnations and in physical presence) to clear this negative karma. It seems that a lot of these benevolent races (including the BA) seem to be hear to clear their karma (from mistakes from the past). I can only be grateful that we have gathered so much attention in such difficult times. A big thank you to all the light beings that are assisting the human race.

I've listened to the DW talk and it is great.
However i wonder. David mentioned that all the cabal's weapons were rendered useless by positive off worlders.
At the same time Ben Fulford mentions the Nepal earthquake to be a pentagon attack. Off course i know Ben doesnt check the info
but just conveys it. I dont know what to make of it.
I hope our liberation will be very soon. I'd say stop the rivers of blood and the hardship now.
I sure hope this is the time we've all been waiting for.

The bombs/dead man switches protecting key cabal personnel must still be operational, otherwise we'd be seeing: (1) Quick Resignations/disappearances. (2) Script Changes.... and/or (3) Arrests. A real smooth changeover could be done without too much obvious (3). There are various factions and timelines.
I think it's a byzantine cluster of booby traps and exotic technologies. It takes time to unravel the mess. 'Decoding' is a big part of the process. The process is linked to our mass consciousness as a collective. As we get over our individual emotional hangups, we help liberate the collective, which strengthens our collective psyche. You could also ask, if Europeans and North Americans could clean up Africa's water, why don't they?
I don't believe in Karma, and I know there are groups that want to help us no matter what. But we're not doing our best on the ground. You have to wonder at a planet that lets billions starve, and turns around and begs for help from the heavens. Not having a go at you, Rubicon, that's just a clinical appraisal of the situation. This is a highly dysfunctional planet.
