I get super outraged at injustice. So I have to take a moment before reacting to something. Friends and family can have knee-jerk reactions to things. Troubles ensue. I literally told someone I need a count of 'one-one-hundred' before they respond. And they're an adult.

So when these huge, global and beyond, injustices come to light, there's gonna be a whole lotta outrage goin' on. I hope we take a collective one-one-hundred before reacting.

Best thread I have read in a long time, forgiveness is something I try to live by without it I feel I would be poisoning myself, so thank you it is always good to be reminded, love this thread

As I read the posts over on the other threads regarding the GoodET information, it appears to me people aren't getting THE MESSAGE and we are evidently So Not Getting It that Corey and his sources are trying to figure out how to make us GET IT, because too many of us are reading the material as if it's installments of a science fiction novel (I may be off here, but this is how I'm interpreting what is going on).

We are reading the material as if it doesn't apply to us or "We are Cool but Nobody Else is"... so keep the stories coming.

So: how can we help get the Message out? I am as human and flawed as anybody and have to daily work on love and forgiveness, but I do have to say I've noticed that love and forgiveness solves so many things... in my own life. It is like a giant goopy salve on wounds and situations.

Thank you Gretchen for visiting & sharing your thoughts! I find it interesting that this thread grabs so little attention.

Maybe the title could be extended to include something more descriptive eg: The Message - Raise Your Vibrations or the High Vibrational Thread or to be more specific The Message - Love and Forgiveness. There have been quite a few "messages" threads over recent weeks, some not so positive, so perhaps distinguishing this one a little more might be a good thing if Believe in Humanity is agreeable?

The greatest way that we can be of service to others in my opinion is to the work on the self, especially forgiveness & self love for when we change our own vibration everything changes in our outer world to reflect this.

I regard forgiveness an act of love in & of itself, to the self & it brings peace and healing in countless ways. When we experience emotions they are stored as frequencies in the emotional body of our energetic biofield (aura). If we continue to repress emotions such as anger, resentment, hate, jealousy, fear, hurt etc, and hang onto them, they create an incoherent state in our energy body & eventually proceed to impact the physical body in very real ways & manifest in a myriad of symptoms. There is the saying that "emotions run deep" and to my mind no truer word was spoken.

Every disease is a sign that the body is at dis-ease and when we ignore the signals the body is sending us the message becomes louder & louder and ultimately can lead to significant issues such as cancer etc. Forgiveness & self love are the 2 best gifts we can give ourselves, if for no other reason than promoting our own health & well being.


I've always liked the quote from Alex Collier - "The love that you withhold is the pain that you carry lifetime after lifetime". Now is the time to let go of the pain!

LOVE is not something we have to work for, it is granted, it is us and belongs to each and everyone, we all deserve it by the fact that we exist.

I agree, the attention is given to the disclosure, aliens and all the sci-fi stuff, that i admit i am very fascinated by as well. However, this life is about living it with all that we have our share in, our loves, our emotions, our forgiveness, beliefs and all the joy we can create. We need to get back to ourselves, as we are the focus of our future, we choose our attention and that will define our creation.

Thanks All Together Now. Both of the videos you posted are great! I've always been really sensitive to loud & what I call "ugly" music so growing up there were some genres of music that I never could bring myself to listen to. I've always instinctively chosen music that "felt" good to me even before I was aware of the research existing on vibration, cymatics & sound healing.

Those 2 to me are in the feel good category!
