    this painting I finished today

    What's your technique for clouds ?

    Are you building up layers old style with varnish with a bit of dry brushing on top ? Only it looks like that from the pic.

    yes exactly
    several layers of diluted collor
    and some dry brushing

    do you paint too?


    I raise my frequency with art work

    Yes, oils & sometimes watercolours, mainly landscapes although I do some animals now & again.

    It really teaches one how to "see"

    ROAD TO HANA

    Along the northeast shore of the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii, runs the famous Road to Hana. It's not that Hana is a big destination, rather it is the journey, the road, that makes it famous. Arguably one of the most scenic coastal roads in the world, it passes by a myriad of waterfalls, lush vegetation and a shoreline of black rock and aqua ocean.
