Cobra: April Monthly Update - May 3rd 2016: Tachyon Chambers vs Crystal Light Chambers, Outer Barrier and Heliopause, Cobra Describes Inner-Earth, and more
Cobra is a Pleiadian contactee and has been in contact with the underground for over 35 years. He has been told to remain anonymous by The Resistance and has ongoing communications with beings from Planet X that assist The Resistance Movement. As an earthly representative of the Agarthan network and the light forces, he strives to prepare humanity for the up and coming event horizon.
Lynn – Were the recent earthquakes in Japan related to the G7 conference that was just held there? Or were they related to the private conference between Putin and the Japanese Prime Minster Abe?
COBRA – OK. There was some Cabal action trying to disrupt the negotiation process and this was one thing and then there were some natural tectonic activity because of increased energy in the solar system so both things were happening.
Lynn – What is the heliopause….and what is taking place there?
COBRA – The heliopause is the area where the pressure of the solar winds actually get lower than the pressure of the interstellar wind. So at that point we’re actually entering into interstellar space. This is the location of the so-called tachyon membrane or some people call it the outer barrier. It is the barrier which has been built by the light forces which regulates the flow of energies in and out of the solar system. So it regulates the energies from the galactic center coming inside of the solar system and it regulates the energies and entities and beings exiting the solar system. And the flow of beings out of the solar system, according to my intel is a little bit different from what certain other people were stating. It is not so much to contain the dark entities inside of the solar system, it is more to regulate the flow of entities in and out of the solar system.
Richard – Cobra, how does plasma based medicine work?
COBRA – Plasma based medicine works on the principles of harmonizing the plasma flow. We have our plasma bodies which are not exactly the same of our etheric bodies. The plasma body is actually a changed electromagnetic potential body which works on difference between various electro-magnetic potential space and if you harmonize that you can increase human health dramatically. Basically, what the dark forces have done, they have created scalar technology which distorts the plasma matrix of the plasma body and creates illness. Plasma medicine actually references those negative effects those harmful effects of the scalar technology and creates a health matrix in the plasma body which as a consequence balances the electro flow inside of the physical cell membrane. And of course this restores the physical health.
Lynn – How does a mothership cloak itself and its energy from remote viewers?
COBRA – OK. Mothership has a so-called tachyon membrane around which means that the tachyon membrane is not just a membrane of the physical plane. It is a membrane which cloaks the energy structure of the ship on all planes of creation so every energy that comes towards the ship simply gets teleported from one side of the membrane of the ship to the other side of the membrane of the ship and that would make the ship invisible, also for remote viewers. Richard – Who was the first person to give an accurate description of the underground world?
COBRA – This is a very strange question because underground world was always known to certain entities and it was never a secret.
Lynn – What will happen between the Agarthans and the surface humans at the time of the Event?
COBRA – Certain representatives of the Agarthan network will come to the surface and will contact, I would say the most advanced benevolent surface individuals and based on that interaction they will decide how to proceed. There is much healing that needs to happen on both sides to create harmonious connection and this will be a gradual process. (thank you)
Richard – Cobra, can you give us a brief description of what the Agarthan look like or the underground worlds would look like. Do they have a sun, do they have light, you know stuff like that?
COBRA – These are physical underground caverns. Huge caverns. Most of them are natural and there were dwellings built in the natural spaces. Some of them were artificially expanded and they were connected with underground network of high speed trains. Very high technology that allows those places to be interconnected and also with teleportation chambers. This is the physical civilization mainly, with human beings simply more developed, human beings, humanoid beings of a very positive nature. There has been other less developed factions which are a little bit more primitive and there is much work being done right now to integrate those in more advanced societies underground.
Richard – Cobra what will happen to the human light body after the Event?
COBRA – The light body will begin to go through a process of accelerated activation. This will be both an individual process and a group planetary process at the same time. It will be a reflection of the cosmic change happening throughout the whole galaxy. When this last blockage of this quarantine is dissolved, there will be huge changes throughout the whole galaxy.
Lynn – What will space travel be like after the event and first contact?
COBRA – Space travel will be instantaneous because most of space travel happens between portals. For example you could jump from the surface of the planet like to Jupiter which has a large portal can take us anywhere in the galaxy in less than one minute. So it will be instantaneous relocation to other places throughout the universe, and especially after this solar system and this planet is accepted in the Galactic confederation space travel throughout the galaxy will be easier than our daily travel through out the city as we have it now.
Richard – Where will first contact take place? (on public land or on private land?) How soon after the Event will it happen?
COBRA – It’s a gradual process and before the official first contact happens there will be private individuals that will be selected with the private land. They will be contacted privately and they will go to the mass media reporting about their experience and then when we have a critical mass of awareness of this an official meeting between diplomatic personnel so called representatives of planet earth and Pleiadian diplomatic personnel will happen. That meeting is scheduled to happen in the United Nations. United Nations after the event will not be the same United Nations we have now. It will not be a Cabal controlled entity. And even now despite all this Cabal control there is a very active positive faction within the United Nations working for the first contact. There is a task group of I would say, a hidden task group that have been working on first contact for decades.
Richard – Cobra, what is the importance of using our free will to bring the Event? Do some people have more impact on the planetary situation than others?
COBRA – OK. The extent that you use your free will is the single most deciding factor of how much influence you will have upon the event or any aspect of the planetary situation. The more you use your free will the more your effect will be.
Lynn – Cobra, what is reincarnation?
COBRA – Reincarnation is simply when the soul enters the physical body, and stays in that body for a certain period of time.
Richard – What is the difference between an Ascended Master and an Enlightened Master?
COBRA – This is basically the same, but there are subtle differences. Ascended being, I would not call it Master, because it is simply too loaded word. An ascended being is a being that has completely transcended space/time continuum and doesn’t have a personality any more. An Enlightened Being is a being that has had an experience of that state but that experience is not yet completely stabilized inside of the personality.
Richard – How would somebody choose an Ascended Master to work with or Ascended being or Enlightened Being to work with?
COBRA – It is simply a matter of alignment of energy so if you are aligned with a certain type of energy most likely you will align with an energy with a Being that has been evolving in that same line of energy. They can be your teacher can show you one part of the way
Richard – What was the mission of Jesus Christ that has not been fulfilled yet?
COBRA – That being wanted to have the so-called Second coming or the revelation or the new age or The Event. He was actually expecting this to happen during his life-time on planet earth when he was having his mission 2000 years ago and of course this has not been fulfilled yet.
Richard – What will it take to fulfill his mission, The Event?
COBRA – The Event, yes of course. The event will complete the age on this planet the cycle on this planet and will begin a new cycle.
Lynn -Cobra, do you know how many incarnations Jesus has had.
COBRA – He has quite many dozens of incarnations before the last one 2,000 years ago.
Lynn – So 2,000 years ago was his last?
COBRA – Yes, it was his last incarnation on the surface of this planet.
Lynn – Do you see or is there a plan for him coming back into a physical body here on earth.
COBRA – An Ascended Being does not come back to a physical body. He creates a hologram that looks like a physical body. This hologram becomes visible to other people. It is actually condensed light. It is not a regular physical body.
Lynn – So it will appear physical to human beings.
COBRA – Yes.
Lynn – Cobra, Can you tell us about the Galactic Codex and where it came from?
COBRA – The Galactic Codex was discovered many millions of years ago by the central civilization which emerged form the central region of the galaxy and this civilization was discovering this codex when they reached a certain level of spiritual understanding when they were discovering basic laws of creation. And then I will say, every civilization that reaches certain level of development accepts that codex spontaneously based on their inner understanding of the nature of the universe. It’s natural organic process which happens at a certain stage of maturity of a certain civilization.
Richard – There are reports of fighting in Aleppo. Is the RM (Resistance Movement) losing control of that area?
COBRA – No. This is simply one part of the resolution of the conflict in that area because the situation has not been resolved yet.
Richard – What about the Golan Heights. Will Israel be allowed to hold it until after The Event?
COBRA – This is not decided yet because the situation in the Middle East is still quite unstable. But it is known that after the Event there will be a drastic restructuring of Israel State and there will be many changes in that area. Many injustices many imbalances will have to be addressed and resolved. This is only happening after the Event through a peaceful negotiation process.
Richard – Why isn’t China helping in Syria?
COBRA – China is helping in Syria in a certain way. Not exactly in a very visible way, but they are assisting Russia in a certain way that I will not speak about.
Richard – Cobra, what is happening with the Goddess Dou Mu who came to earth in January 2015? Can you tell us more about her and why she is involved with the Earth right now?
COBRA – She came to anchor goddess energy for the planet. She came from another star system through the Eastern Agarthan Network and is now located somewhere in Asia, I will not tell the exact location. She is present there and she is holding the energy of the feminine presence for the planet. She is an actual physical being living in a physical body supported by Eastern Agarthan network, they are supporting her physical body and she is channeling those energies for the planet.
RICHARD – Is she considered an Ascended Being also ?
COBRA – She is not a so-called Ascended Being. She is a living human being that is highly spiritually developed, has not yet ascended and is living in a physical body.
Richard – Cobra, are the rape allegations against Bill Cosby truthful or is it a Cabal-orchestrated smear campaign? Sorry if this subject seems trivial but in my opinion it speaks to a massive degree of control through the media conglomerates. If it is indeed a Cabal attack on his reputation.
COBRA – It is a Cabal attack. It is a usual tactic that the Cabal uses towards anybody who isn’t behaving according to their wishes.
Richard – Cobra, what is the true spiritual purpose of hair? Many enlightened beings usually have long hair; Native Americans believe that their hair brings them Spiritual power. Is this true?
COBRA – Yes. Hair are like antenna that can transmit and receive energy.
Richard – Why do monks usually shave their heads?
COBRA – It was actually. . . This has been introduced by the Archons a very long time ago to control the monks and to actually suppress their spiritual development. (wow, thank you)
Richard – Cobra, All the visual depiction of man of the inner earth civilization described by Corey Goode are beardless, is that so?
COBRA – I haven’t seen every picture that he has released and I can not comment on his perspective on inner earth’s civilizations. (I understand, thank you)
Richard – Cobra, haven’t many people were already outside of the veil: astronauts, military pilots, participants in the space programs, secret space program? What does this mean for these people; how does this affect them?
COBRA – OK. It’s a double edge sword. First there is many of them have deep spiritual experiences because they were outside of the veil. At the same time the controlling forces tried their best to suppress those experiences and keep the secrets going. So all those people, all those astronauts were under great psychological pressure and were heavily mind controlled to suppress what they had seen and experienced. So being an astronaut was not an easy job. They have some beautiful experiences and they were also heavily traumatized. This is the reason for the strange behavior of the astronauts. There are some famous cases of astronauts who returned from the moon and had deep psychological problems as a result of their psychological and physical mind programing that had been subjected to.
Lynn – Cobra, Is Bernie Sanders of the Light? Or are any of the US candidates for president of the light?
COBRA – I would not put too much hope in any of those candidates because all of them are or will be controlled (or should be) or planned to be controlled by the Cabal if they are elected.
Lynn – Is DNA manipulation a common practice for advanced species capable of this?
COBRA – I would say that spiritually advanced species are growing beyond DNA manipulation because they understand that consciousness is superior and DNA aligns with consciousness. So they are more focused on expansion of consciousness and having their bodies aligned with that expanded consciousness. DNA manipulation is a very limited concept which I would say advanced civilizations have completely outlawed.
Richard – Cobra can you please tell us something about Master El Morya and the Great White Brotherhood?
COBRA – That particular ascended being is working in, I would say, guiding politicians and people in positions of power around the planet and he has a very difficult task because people who are in positions of power in most cases not able to handle that power. And the Russian President Putin is one example when his mission was successful.
Richard – Can you tell us anything about the Great White Brotherhood (GWB).
COBRA – This term GWB simply describes Ascended beings of male/female polarity which have gone through earth incarnations have reached the ascended state are are helping in the process in the planetary liberation.
Personally I like and and resonate with both guys.
Since there are some diferrences between both in terms of offered facts I found myself' for a while,
somewhat torn.
Who is right in what issue ?
Is there a way to integrate certain claims that each make ?
I give myself all the needed time to digest and clarify various issues that I have.
I am also much aware of the fact that my thinking capacities are limited, so it is all right

Rob - Interesting, thank you very much. We have the 2 different possibilities on these is a vibrational thing as well as a Cabal infrastructure both have agreed there. Here’s another interesting question I have here for both of you. Do either of you have intel on the explosions off the coast of Japan. According to Benjamin Fulford these are subterranean battles underneath a military base that Ben Fulford said was to prevent WWIII. Corey do you have any intel on that earthquake off of Japan. Was it a small scale Nuke or do you have any information on that.
Corey - Quite a few of the earthquakes that we’re having that are raging between 5.8 and 6.8 are triggered from various different exotic weapons. Part of this intel updates that we’re releasing, it’s either going to be this evening or tomorrow, David Wilcock is releasing for me on his website http://www.divinecosmos.com/. It has to do with some terrible battles that have been going on underground bases and caverns especially down in South America and under the ocean around Antarctica. There’s been a lot of activity going on underground and a lot of different exotic weapons including __ nukes being used, all these different exotic scalar weapons and it’s pretty hectic right now. Yea, there’s a lot going on.
Rob - With that said could you give us a little more talk. Is this between different ET groups or is this between certain aspects of positive military or negative military from your understanding, or all 3.
Corey - All of the above and one of the latest bits of intel from Gonzales recently. I’ve been hearing for weeks massive reports of different types of Orb kind of UFO’s over Australia. Some would say they’re metallic. Some reported they had portals going around them. Some recording that they were of Russian origin and then there were reports of these very large pumpkin seed shape cruisers which are Draco. It’s in Australia, Antarctica and then some of them had actually left the earth’s atmosphere before all of these unknown dark chevron ships showed up and started attacking them and then then they ___ Antarctica. As of the last meeting which postulated that it’s some earth alliance group that has attained this technology but they’re not claiming responsibility for using it.
Rob - OK, so you’re saying that Draco’s were trying to leave from Antarctica in pumpkin (seed) shaped ships and chevron ships which are rumored to be earth alliance ships are the ones putting them back down, not major confederation, is that correct.
Corey - Correct, and for months we had been observing Cabal/Nazi groups headed down to Brazil and Argentina and they’ve been heading into the underground bunkers like ants into the ground and they have been shuffling a lot of their assets and people down into Antarctica. So these people we believe they’re on these cruisers trying to get off the planet before something happens. Things seem to be reaching a crescendo of sorts, especially in the earth alliance with the earth negotiations and what’s going on in the back ground.
Rob - Thank you. Cobra, we kind of went into other information but can you confirm the Japan information that Corey says is correct and these other things or part of this intel. Can you comment on that please.
COBRA - OK. What I have received from my sources is yes there are battles in, I would say shallow underground bases in Japan. Mostly conventional weapons were used that triggered some of the earthquakes. But not all earthquakes were triggered by that. There is also an increased activity of the tectonic plates which react on increased activity of the galactic central sun. The other thing that I can confirm is that there is a lot of movement of the Cabal groups. They want to escape through 2 routes to Antarctica. One will go from Texas to Mexico then to South America, mostly Brazil and Argentina and towards Antarctica. The other one goes to New Zealand and Tasmania towards Antarctica. They want to escape because they think they will not be found there. Actually some of them tried and attempted to escape from the planet and according to one source the group that Corey terms the term the dark fleet, the Nazi break-away faction from of a long time ago attempted to contact the Nazi faction in Antarctica and create a bridge that would transport some of the personal from Antarctica to the outer edge of the solar system towards the Kuiper belt. And that intel is not confirmed so I can not 100% guarantee for that but this is what I’ve heard from one of the sources.
An example of difference in reality perception between the two:
Rob - OK. Thank you. Have either of you heard there was an ancient Pleiadian civilization in South America that was in a rain forest situation due to earth shifts no longer exists. But a long time ago there was a very deep underground, and still exists to this day, a technology that is stabilizing the planet. Have either of you heard of that deep underground Antarctica technology base from the Pleiadians.
Corey - Not from the Pleiadians you mentioned but. . .Yea, I’ve spoken in detail about a lot of this ancient type technology that’s been put in various parts of the earth, underground including Antarctica and some of it had been removed and it has caused problems with our tectonic plates and weather and other things and they had traded and given away that technology and it caused imbalance.
Rob - I’d like a clarity of Corey, do you know who put the technology there originally.
Corey - It’s unknown. Its extremely ancient. If I looked at the foot-notes of the report there was about 3 different populations that could have put it there.
Rob - Thank you. Cobra, do you ave any information.
COBRA - Actually we need to go a little bit back into the history of Atlantis. Atlantis on planet Earth was pretty much a global civilization which was seeded or encouraged by different waves, waves of different cosmic races. There was a Pleiadian wave which has brought Atlantis to it’s heights about 200,000 years ago and there was colonization from the Sirius star system that created the peak of Atlantean civilization about 75,000 years ago. And each of those races have brought a lot of technology and a lot of spiritual understanding to Atlantis and each of those races that I have mentioned have created their own network of surface cities, of sub surface cities, of tunnel networks, of underground pyramids, of crystals, of stabilization technology for the tectonic plates. But unfortunately there was another faction that came from Orion which infiltrated those networks of Atlantis and misused the technology and misuse of that technology actually was responsible for the deluge of Atlantis for the last sinking of Atlantis which append around 11,500 years ago, A lot of that old technology is still spread. Some of it is submerged on the bottom of the ocean. Some of it is a little bit underground. Some of it has been purposely destroyed or suppressed. But a lot of those machines and technologies and crystals are still remaining and some of the underground factions have discovered these old remnants and a lot of this will be coming to the main stream media at the time of the Event.
Corey - That’s much newer technology, that’s not the oldest technology in stones, subterranean.
Rob - So there’s much more ancient technology, I’ve heard that as well.
Corey - Yes, hundreds of millions of years old.
Cobra on The Event:
Rob - Very good. Cobra, we know . . . you obviously feel that there is going to be a watershed moment you call the Event. Would you like to comment please.
COBRA - Yes, of course. I would just give an explication. It’s a process called phase transition. Phase transition is a process in physics that happens also in society. So when you put a certain amount of energy into a society it begins to behave like water that is boiling. So what we’re experiencing now is this boiling water, it is all this dissent in human society, all of this questioning, seeking. All of this restlessness in human society is a reflection of this cosmic change. When a certain amount of energy is brought into that system the water begins to boil. It begins to change into vapor and this is what is happening with human society. It is going through a phase transition. The moment of the phase transition is the Event. It is a sudden change which can be felt before hand a little bit. It can be expected but when it happens it’s a sudden transition. It’s a quantum leap. And this is the way transitions happen in nature. They don’t happen gradually. Phase transitions happen suddenly and this is what is going to occur because we simply do not have time. We do not have millennia to wait. We are actually responding to cosmic forces that are triggering this transition. They are guiding us through this transition so it can happen as fast as possible as harmoniously as possible. Human race are known for taking one part of this transition, but it is a global cosmic event and each of us of course plays a role in this event.
Corey on an agreement signed by Ectraterrestrials to cease open meetings with us and a decision to
readdress the issue:
Corey - It’s going to be part of the ___that we’re releasing. ___ had requested a after she had had the meeting out in the Kuiper belt she had requested a meeting with the secret federation and the purpose of this meeting was all of the groups that are similar just not long after the time of Mohammad had signed this accord or agreement about open contact or appearing openly with humanity. It was to allow us to develop on our own __ and do things from the back-ground, you know, and contact people and kind of secretly. I don’t know all the details of this accord but it’s pretty binding ___ skirmished they had. This is something that they want to re-visit and make some amendments to because some of these inner earth groups want to start making more appearances on the surface and this is a meeting that has been granted and they’re going to be coming up very soon.

Rob - Cobra, do you have any comments on Corey’s intel there.
COBRA - Yes, there has been agreements made but the purpose of those agreements was the real reason why surface population was not contacted is because of the dark ones have controlled and isolated the surface population. There were many positive groups that wanted and would like to contact the surface population but they couldn’t because it was simply too dangerous because the Cabal would retaliate. There was some instances when the surface population was contacted and there were consequences.
Corey on the Anshara and the overenthusiasm of some humans to villify them:
Rob - So this is a question for Corey and this has been something that I’ve had questions about. You mentioned the Anchara Alliance as if they are the only Agarthan network and they seem to be, have been negative and you have indicated in one of your later, not the last, but one of your later posts that they were taken to the Kuiper belt and scolded by the triangle head and you have stated that 4 of them have agreed that they that their chiding was deserved and they have agreed to go into a more positive relationship with humanity and that 3 of them reversed. You have told me that the Omegans were one of them. Are these the only . . . .
Corey - We need to get this straight. You keep putting the negative stamp where it doesn’t belong. It’s a point of view thing. (OK) These groups aren’t negative, they are in a hostile land trying to survive but at the same time they’re delivering positive information that could go up albeit in a deceptive way. From their point of view you have to understand they are trying to protect themselves from people from the surface that have the ability to attack them and kill them, so they’re living in a very, . . .things are not as cut and dry as a lot of people would like to say in the Ufology community. It’s a very wild paradigm that they are living in that all these groups are living in. They have a very strange political environment that they are trying to survive in especially the ones who have their embassies here or spend all of their time in the solar system. Because as Cobra said, this solar system is a very dangerous place. (Right) Not only are these dark entities very dangerous but us as a people are in the same ___we’re very dangerous as well.
A comment by Cobra about Inner Earth civilizations:
COBRA - The group below Mt. Shasta and inside Mt Shasta is part of the, I would say, global Agarthan network which originates from the time of Atlantis when part of the light forces had to go underground because of the Archon invasion 25,000 years ago. And 25K years ago they have created a network of underground cities and underground tunnels. One of those tunnels goes through Alaska, through Washington State, through northern California with Mt Shasta, through south California, Mexico, Central America and down into South America ad there is another main tunnel which goes through Peru underground through Caribbean through Atlantic, through Morocco, through Egypt and then onwards towards Tibet. This is all part of the same network and there was a very and there still is a very positive civilization of light which I would call the global Agarthan network existing and Mt. Shasta city is a part of this civilization. The surface population has received intel about this group through certain channels. Certain people that lived in Mt. Shasta and have had encounters. I would say about 80% of that intel is correct. I would not say they are ancient Lemurians. I would say they are remnants of the old positive Atlantis.
Cobra on the Akashic records :
COBRA - OK, the Akashic records are a natural imprint of any event in the etheric matrix, in the etheric structure, sub-structure of reality itself. With proper technology you can always read what is stored, that informational imprint. So light forces, of the advanced races have technology to read that record directly from the etheric substance. Crystals, physical crystals can store that information quite effectively. I would say physical crystals are more and more advanced versions of our current hard disc of computer. They can store more information, more dimensionally and more effectively. Basically Akashic records can be accessed directly from the etheric plane with certain technology and for more involved beings they can access the akashic records directly with their consciousness.
The Oort cloud, which extends a few light years beyond the outer Solar System, is full of motherships of the Galactic Confederation, a large gathering of representatives of hundreds of thousands of positive races from throughout the Galaxy:

The Light forces (The Central Race, the Galactic Confederation, the Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, Arcturians, the Resistance...) are still working on dissolving the Chimera Barrier at the termination shock region of the heliosphere in the outer Solar system.
Lynn – How long ago did primary anomaly begin to be accumulated around the Earth?
COBRA – OK, this process was happening through millions upon millions of years slowly but began to accelerate drastically 25K years ago.
Lynn – Originally, did we all come here to assist with the task of the Earth’s transformation?
COBRA – Not everybody, but certain number of star beings came from many different star systems to assist in this.
Richard – Can you describe how the transition we currently call death will change after The Event?
COBRA – It will be much more conscious. Everybody will understand the process and they will know where they will be going and there will be no fear associated with that process.
Lynn – Cobra, I was thinking about, as you were answering that last question, you know how sometimes people will be in a situation where like they are going to step off a curb and there’s an on-coming car and, you know, somebody will just appear and push them out of the way. Is this something like you were describing? Is it sort of like a physical manifestation that maybe a guardian angel or a guide is doing to protect that person.
COBRA – Yes. Many times light forces can intervene in the situation for a fraction of a second especially when human lives need to be saved. It cannot happen every time and everywhere but it does happen sometimes under certain circumstances
Lynn – After The Event, will there still be alien races at odds with one another?
COBRA – No. Actually what will happen as this planet is the last planet to be liberated there will be a great integration process of all the factions that is happening on the planet. And this process has been on-going for quite much time throughout the galaxy and now we are in the final phase of that process.
Lynn – Is it true that after The Event, 3rd density human vehicles will not age and die as they do now?
COBRA – Human beings will still go through an aging process but it will be much easier and there will be technologies that will greatly assist in reversing that. So the Event it is not the end of everything. It’s not a sudden miraculous shift. It’s the beginning of a process that will result in much better existence for everybody.
Richard – Cobra do you have any comments on the Egyptair MS804 that “disappeared from radar” over the Mediterranean last week?
COBRA – You have any specific question about that?
Richard – No, just wondering if you have any knowledge if it really happened, is it true.
COBRA – There was involvement of certain factions from Israel and from some other countries that wanted to create conflict. There were even some hopes that they would start, they would trigger international conflict or war but those hopes were of course, not based on reality.
Lynn – Cobra, Is Hillary Clinton a clone?
COBRA – NO.
Lynn – Are there other people that could possibly be acting as clones?
COBRA – Basically there are clones which are sourced in certain locations as a back-up but people, the politicians are real people and not clones They are incarnated most likely Draco originating entities in humanoid bodies.
Lynn – Cobra, can you confirm that the recent disclosure by Benjamin Fulford about human trafficking of people and their organs is this true.
COBRA – Yes, because I have also received same intel from some of the Russian contacts and unfortunately most of this is correct.
Lynn – At this time, can something be done about this?
COBRA – Yes, of course. What can be done is to inform and educate people about this because when there is enough consciousness about this it will be much easier to remove this and solve this.
Lynn – Cobra, it is rumored that Angela Merkel is Hitler’s daughter…. Can you confirm this?
COBRA – Yes, she is related to that particular entity.
Lynn – Is Angela Merkel a clone or a reptilian or something else?
COBRA – She is not a clone; she is a reptilian Draconian human hybrid incarnated in a human body.
Lynn – Why is she in charge of Germany and can you tell us anything else about her?
COBRA – Simply because the Illuminati put her in that position, and there is a strong resistance in Germany against her actions lately and hopefully there will be changes happening in Germany and for sure there will be changes happening in Germany after the Event regarding this.
Richard – Cobra, what qualities would a being on another planet be like with the same level of consciousness as humans? Without the primary anomaly without the negativity involved.
COBRA – Without the primary anomaly the situation would be much different because the primary anomaly is the main reason why there is any blockage to the evolution. Without the primary anomaly there are no limits (I understand)
Richard – So they on those planets don’t actually experience negativity the same way we do.
COBRA – No. It’s quite an unusual occurrence to experience something that we are experiencing here.
Lynn – Cobra, this is a broad question but the asker is asking if you could explain this to the best of your knowledge; What is the ‘True Nature of GOD’S PLAN’ for humanity?
COBRA – The true nature of Divine plan is to return humanity back to the Source.
Richard – Cobra, will you explain the origin and purpose and importance of the Laws of Karma?
COBRA – I have answered this question many times. The law of Karma is an artificial construct which was created by the Archons to control and enslave spiritually control and enslave beings, entities in this quarantine status and usually explanation of Law of Karma is if you have done something you have consequences one way or the other. It is a distorted interpretation of the law of manifestation. Of course your actions have consequences but it is not true that we are now experiencing certain bad things because we have done something in one of our past lifetimes. We are experiencing bad things because this planet is occupied and somebody is doing those bad things and we have to resist. And we have to liberate the planet so those things will not happen anymore.
Richard – Cobra, can you describe what the Astral and the Etheric Plane are and how are they used?
COBRA – The etheric plane is the energy plane. It is the where sensitive people feel all those energies, they feel the etheric plane. It is the plane of our Chakra’s, our Nadis, our energy field. The astral pane is the plane of our emotions, our emotional body and this is the plane that you usually visit when we are asleep in our dreams.
Lynn – What is the Causal Plane?
COBRA – The causal plane is actually the higher mental plane. It is the plane of the archetypes from where our physical world and all other worlds are created. (wow)
Richard – Cobra will you now describe for us the Mental Plane?
COBRA – The mental plane is the plane of the mind of the thought forms of the ideas. After we die and after we transmit through the etheric and astral plane for some time we also spend before the next incarnation, we spend some time on the mental plane. This is the so-called paradise between 2 incarnations.
COBRA – Source is the intelligence.
Richard – Cobra, how is source and the creator related.
COBRA – I would not use the term creator because it implies certain philosophical understanding which I would not agree with. I would say the Source is the being that always existed and always will exist. This universe was not created by a certain source it was created as interaction between the Source and the primary anomaly. (thank you)
Richard – Cobra, what is the infinite void?
COBRA – The infinite void is the emptiness which is the medium in which the Source exists.
Lynn – After The Event how long will it take to transition our current monetary system into a fair and equitable financial system?
COBRA – The actual transition will be very fast. After the moment of the event we have I would say 1-2 weeks when the banks will be closed and when they re-open we will have a much fairer and much more balanced financial system because it is being prepared already. And then we’ll have a certain period of transition where we will transcend the need a financial system when we begin to realize that we have technology to manufacture and materialize everything we want on the physical plane. Money will become redundant.

Because I resonate with Cobra and Randy Cramer, and feel a disease with the others
I will put some citations from those two I prefer.
Who is releasing disclosure material today ?
Steve: Who is releasing this at the moment, do you know Cobra?
Cobra: There are many forces releasing it. Number one the Cabal itself is releasing part of it because they want to spin it in their own direction. They want to spin it in a way that will appear as innocent onlookers on the process, that they were never involved in the process and that they were not signing any treaties with strange races in the past. This is their spin. Again, there are the light forces like the Eastern Alliance that would like to release more to prepare people to ease the shock, and of course there are the Secret Space Programs, there are the Agartha Network factions that want to release their own intel, and there are of course the positive extraterrestrial races that would like to create conditions for contact as soon as possible.
Steve: Are the extraterrestrial races, do they have permission or are they allowed to interfere in the disclosure program?
Cobra: If you allow them, of course they have permission and there are individuals on the surface of the planet that gave this permission to receive that intel and then those people on the surface of the planet who gave that permission can release that intel through alternative media or even through main stream media.
HUMANITY'S ABILITY TO WITHSTAND DISCLOSURE:
Cobra: I would not agree that we cannot handle this and, this myth that we cannot handle this is actually disinformation tactic that is being spread by the Cabal so people would be afraid of disclosure. Actually People, I would say especially in undeveloped countries have much greater shocks every day that disclosure would bring. People in war zones are fighting for their own survival and disclosure process would be peanuts for them it would be very easy. Human beings can adapt to quite extreme situations and receiving intel about disclosure I would say would be a medium degree of shock which somebody can absorb in about a week or two. And the positive consequence of disclosure would be much greater than the initial shock. Because the light forces are pushing for full disclosure as soon as possible and the cabal is trying to delay and hold back the process as much as possible. There are certain interest groups that wanted to delay the process for 100 years but which is absolutely unacceptable and is not going to happen.
Randy: Well, it turns out that about none of my personal experience on that matters as it turns out, but it does turn out that we (United States Marine Corp special section) actually have a ton of demographic data on this. And because my brigadier general and a number of members of the command staff are in daily meetings at the UN and in DC on a daily basis talking to everybody about how this is happening, not whether or not it is happening, but how its happening and I can actually speak quite directly about this. What I can tell you is that we have set up a number of gradients of targeted demographics, all across the spectrum from right to center to left and to every other weird point in between so that all of this targeted information is going out to these gradients so that each group of people is receiving the psychological information that they are willing to digest this minute. And as that continues there is more and more truth that is coming with that its just happening, but not every gradient in that from left to right is getting all that information at once. They are getting different degrees of information and they are getting different kinds of information. They are getting information that tells them exactly what they needs to do in order to not panic and freak out and think that everything is ok . So if religious people need to be hearing, and believe me their propaganda is telling them this that everything is fine that Jesus is coming back its all being resolved like we think it is, that’s fine. You know that’s working for themam t the moment because its keeping them from freaking out and killing themselves and their families, which the percentage of people that that can happen to is not an if, it’s a how many, and that number is a number we ant ot make as small as possible and so targeted demographics and gfradient approach to this given those gradient demographic a bit of information at a time and so that eventually it will all swim together. Now there may be different events in there that are sort of big significant, ‘Oh my God this is the Event’ but you know what, its not going to effect every gradient. That’s just how it’s going to go. Some people are going to be really insulated in their world and they are not even going to pay attention to what’s going on, they are going to be hearing a whole other reality, and that’s what they are going to eb hearing until a time later when its just going to be ‘Oh, where have you been sincel last Tuesday Johnny come lately , and then they are going to be like Oh, I don’t want to look stupid so we better go ahead and find a reason to switch our belief system because this is what people do. They find a reason to switch their belief system because of what we can do is believe this now because of A, B, and C, happening..
WHAT ALIEN RACES ARE FOR US AND WHO IS AGAINST US ?
Steve: (47:19) From the human perspective, I’d like to throw question to Cobra Randy and Rob, from your perspective, which races are working for or against us. Everybody has got their own agenda and maybe you are in disagreement with each other about certain races, but could you give the listeners a brief three or four race break down of who’s for and against us. Maybe start with Cobra.
Cobra: OK, Pleaidians, Sirians, positive Andromedeans and Arcturians are working for the light and they don’t have a so called bad agenda behind their back. They are just wanting us to heal and experience the same love and paradise like existence they are experiencing. And then we have on the negative side the Draco’s and we have the Reptilians, the two main races which who went a little bit off the track.
Steve: Would you be in agreement with what Cobra said Randy?
Randy: Yeah, that is a fair list of goods and bads and I would add to the bad list that at the moment we are still trying to rouse out the Aldaberons, we are also trying to roust out the plasmid freelancers who are essentially made of, they look like they are made of neon, they are essentially sort of made up of different colored plasmas, its pretty tricky looking but they are kind of pretty but also scary if you have never seen one at first and they are not nice they operate mostly as independent contractors , they are bag men and hit men , they are unsavory characters for the most part and so we don’t care for them. And we have been routing them out for a while, So I just wanted to add the Aldaberons and the plasmid contractors to that list.
RANDY CRAMER ON THE STRATEGIC DECISIOB OF United States Marine Corp special Section-
TO PUT ITS EMPHASIS UPONDEVELOPPING PSIONIC ABILITIES
Randy: Yes, physics. So I will be clear, back in the mid 1960’s when a lot of the smaller programs in the covert military space program were laying down their bets on what they thought their long term investments should be, so people were looking at the technology , asking do we really want to spend the next 30 years making sure we’ve got the best most powerful space ships that we rule the skies or do we want to spend the next 30 years developing the most advanced computer technology so we rule information , or do we want to spend the next 30-40 years on super soldier technologies that we rule and murder machine assasins or do we want to focus on psionic development? And we decided that we were going to put our bets down on long term investment of psionic development, and so more than any other commander system we have used psionics at the very core of what we do and operate as the only fully functional psionic command within the covert military space program meaning that every single member of the United States Marine Corp Special Section, is psionically trained, psionically conditioned , psionically genetically enhanced, given implants and then connected up to a psionic computer which essentially routes everyone together so it gives a simulated hive mind so we all actually get to participate as a military intelligence pseudo-collective way and that is one of the reasons we are very, very effective at what we do is because we absolutely operate as the only fully psionic command in the covert military space program. Being that’s the case, we fully understand that mental evolution and psionic development are absolutely critical important, but we also understand that the only way that really develops is in a society that is stable. So as we continue to sure up the infrastructure and clean up the trash and stabilize society so that psionic development can happen in a stable peaceful atmosphere we absolutely think that it’s a critical thing to happen, we don’t think that it is wise or safe to just have a psionic awakening in an unstable atmosphere in which the water doesn’t run and the toilets don’t flush and the streets aren’t safe so we think it’s absolutely critical to work on our infrastructure while we prepare and tech people psionic development because we don’t think that one with the other is smart. We think that you have to have them both to be smart.
COBRA ON MAN'S NATURAL SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT AND ON THE FORCE THAT HINDERS THIS
Cobra: Yes, of course. Spiritual development is a natural inner force that is actually present in every sentient being everywhere in the universe including planet earth, and this impulse, this drive for spiritual development has been artificially suppressed by scalar technologies by the negative military. I know that there are positive military programs to develop spiritual psychic powers and from that perspective and they are doing some good progress and this will be included in the overall plan for the Event but there is a larger picture. Every being on the planet has and will have that inner drive for evolution and this will be accelerated and the stability of human society will be maintained because if we have more awareness on the planet it is easier to maintain stability . The only reason human society is so unstable is because there is such a great force used to suppressed human spiritual development and so much energy is put into that suppression, and this creates psychological instability in human beings. And when this pressure is removed human nature naturally seeks stability and finds that equilibrium in harmony with natural laws of the universe.
RANDY CRAMER ON THE NEED OF MULTY LAYERED AND BALANCED DEVELOPMENT
Randy: Well, in some cases that’s actually part of the process, you’re neuropathways are literally rearranging, your brain is making new neurons and building new neural pathways to be able to sustain higher levels of brain function , because you can’t sustain higher levels of consciousness without higher levels of brain function so there is a literal neurobiological process and change that has to occur and that can cause headaches. And you also become more sensitive to the electromagnetic fields around you. I can remember when I could start to hear the buzz in the plugs in the walls because the wiring essentially makes a high pitch sound that you can’t usually hear. Dogs can sometimes hear it and as your brain starts to evolve at some point you might tune into something like that, and I would literally follow the sound and end up by the wall with my ear next to a plug and thught Oh my God that’s the wiring buzz of this tiny, tiny sound and I wondered how could I hear that. And it’s a number of different things like that that you just end up with this hypersensitivity and your senses are perceiving different things because you are super, super more electromagnetically sensitive and your neurobiology is shifting and changing. Some of it is just you and some of it is becoming more sensitive to the stuff that is around you so its kind of like waking up and realizing you are in a pool of garbage and you didn’t realize you were there because you were deaf and blind the day before , and you couldn’t smell apparently either. SO some of that is also that there is stuff around me that I don’t like and you are starting to be able to sense that there are these negative things around you. Some of it is not on purpose, so just radio frequency, television frequency waves, we are just clogged with what would call electromagnetic frequency pollution because of every single thing that is pushing out waves, then you add the high frequency cell phone , and the high frequency emergency communications and then you start adding in any and all things that may be used to create distortion or dampening field, that’s just more and more background noise basically. What we understand is that we are approaching things externally and there are plans to dismantle and take down some of that stuff and there are other people and us and other beings using counter technology to counteract some of that. The most important thing that counteracts that is the personal psionic field. When we teach the basic form of creating the bubble around your head and the bubble forms around your body these things essentially filter out or can bounce back or repel all of those waves when it’s developed. So, people are concerned that these things are bad but these things are only bad until you develop your own psionic ability for it to not be a three to you anymore, and then you can just ignore it like its not even there. SO those are the things that I say yes they are there but they are the things that we can fix personally and then just thumb our noses at it and build a shield around you so that you are protected.
RANDY CRAMER SAYS: BERNY SANDERS WILL BE ELECTED AS THE DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE
Randy: Well I have certainly had the privilege, since my Brigadier General asked me to speak publicly, to see an arc of development on what has been occurring both publicly and internally and that the internal view has certainly changed over time. I can say that the attitude of myself and my Brigadier General three years ago was optimistic but less optimistic than what it is today because of all the things that have happened and changed. My opinions and statements about what I think is about to happen and where I think we are going have changed over time- if anybody cares and has followed. I am a Marine and my job is to tactically assess things...so where things turned ugly a number of years ago they have been turning better and better and where we are right now lets me know that so much is being handled. I know some people don't like that it is being handled. It is being handled with what we think will be the minimum amount of negative impacts and what we think allows us to get to the closest, soonest place of full disclosure in the shortest amount of time. We think that that conversation is a non-starter. At the diplomacy table when you are sitting down with a bunch of people and you say “Full Disclosure”. That's a non-starter for some people. So to
start that conversation it has to be OK here's the reason why you want some disclosure and you get them to agree with you, you get enough people to agree with you, you get your foot in the door etc. and that is all that matters right now. That is all because once that happens all the other conversations that we want to have about how we exactly want that to go and where we want that to go can then happen. I just want to be practical here and we are going to have to wait but I don't think it is going to be a long time. I think that we have a real opportunity to see some significant and fundamental change in the political system in this country. I am not going to get into it but I can tell you that by the numbers, mathematically speaking, why Bernie Sanders is going to be the next president of the United States. The numbers show that he is the most poised person to win. He's most poised to take it at the convention. Obama has given the super-delegates permission to change their vote which they are going to do at the convention, mark my words.
