Just encountered this video which I cannot comment on since I am not knowledgeable enough on this topic. However I find it very interesting because it is supported with good quality graphic material.
I don't know whether this reflects the truth though.

I think its more like about 14 to 16 species interacting with this planet over time , about half of them arrived in the last 70 years ..
a reptilian species has been here as natural terrans for over 70 million years. this is really their home and have shared it with us without ever causing a fuss. and believe me , if the terran reptilians had a problem with us they would never have let us get to 7 billion. The myth they use us for food etc is not likely either .. would you let a corral of beasts get to 7 billion and over power you ? nope .. so i find that un likely ..,
i have met the Alpha Draconis in one or two ceremonies , Mantids , and the Imu ( reptilian tribe ) to mention a few , all very polite and very respectful to me. Also humanoid species like Andromedan Hybrids , Sirian Dog Star and Lumerian ( i believe ) as well as some who have no form whom i believe are very advanced races.
Never had a single problem and its been over 5 years now of constant interaction ( when i say constant i mean weekly )
i havent seen the videos yet bvut it will be interesting if its fear based or have some sort of reality to it.

ok just listening to the second description in the first video about the alpha draconis .. thats got to be , in my opinion ,a logically bankrupt idea. ill explain why , if you are the natural terran of earth , which i dont think the alpha draconis are , why on earth would you let the population get out of control like it has ? do you let your back yard grow weeds for thousands of years before you do some garneding ? nope ! you maintain it incrimentally and regularly .. surely we can see this ?

It is more like an objective documentary than a fear based material. At least I saw it as such.
its awesome so far , very good infor , as i watch it i let my self listen without jusdgement , then at some times i get a sort of wrong feeling here and there , this tells me either the info is incomplete, incorrect or un intentionalloy read after being doctored. either way very intersting and i want to offer juxtaposed actual experienced accounts compared to the material presented as an interesting talk piece.
please forgive my seemingly strong view on things , these are usually because i have experienced it and am pretty sure my experience was true for me enough to believe it as having happened.

See at 25 mins they mention the tau ceti , and mention they are agaiunst the reptilians however in the tau pa ( part of tau ceti ) they are closely related to the Imu tribes which are a close ally to the tau ceti and tau pa races. This is something i have experienced and is contradictory to the information presented at that point of the video.

in term,s of on going interation that is significant the number i get is about 14 to 16 however in terms of fleeting interaction the numbers of up to 80 species is highly plausible,
if you think about it , we have 7 billion inhabitants and we occupy 35% - 45 % of the surface , if you burrow down in layers you can multiply this surface area by over 5 times , so its highly likely many other races live here .. and over time , mostly in harmony .. so i have a very negative view on the fear agendas ... think about it , if there are so many here , why are we only at war with each other ?
i hope to be abducted by one of these races one day so i can live with them instead ..
I can't imagine how someone can ever count the number of all ET's once been on earth. I can't see that there is something like a register or anything that is capable of doing the counting. You can check how many witnessed different encounters but still I think there are ET's who can remain hidden.
