I also miss him, a lot. Without Malc, we wouldn't have a place to go where we can be ourselves and feel comfortable. I'll always remember the fantastic videos he posted on PA that I enjoyed so much. He has put his heart and soul into TOT and I really hope he comes back soon.

I was not ready to come back but unfortunately at the moment 777 is not well and its not fair on Tribe and Altaira to run this place on their own especially with the increase in members
So for the time being the big bad wolf will be back on the forum lol and please feel free to pm me.We have also added on the forum home page staff online so you can see at all times who's available should you wish to contact any of the team.I think we all know that my diplomatic skills are some what lacking so i will not be getting involved in the fall outs but if needed i will be here looking after the community as a whole

Not happy to hear my mirror, 777 is not well. Tribe and Altaira have been doing a sterling job, and yes there has been a big influx of numbers again.

For the rest of us forum members, can I suggest we all self moderate and alleviate the job of the forum mods. In lieu of that, perhaps older forum members can step in and help out.
We are all mature adults, I know we have our issues with others, but let's be sensible and self-govern. It doesn't mean we won't have squabbles.
Let us all just be mindful that we are all unique and have our own issues. Compassion can go a long way in understanding each other. Most human beings are not 'clear', we all carry baggage.
We all don't know what is going on in others every day life - sometimes it plays out in the forum.
Be mindful and remember it's just a forum.

Just wanted to clarify, I don't mean TOT members who are older in years. There are many members younger who appear to be far wiser than myself.
I meant those who are used to writing on forums and can see the patterns and can see like on the traffic highway in real life, what 'smack-ups' might happen. It's all about looking in the rear vision mirror, side mirrors and looking at what is happening up ahead on the highway.
The first forum I was part of (now defunct), that was the rule. There was no moderation at all. And it went very well.
The host said, if there is a problem, let the older forum members jump in to moderate. (Nothing to do with age).
