    Alternative News

Up until very recently I relied for my newsfeed on Mainstream media when driving to and fro work. Put my car radio to one of 2 radio stations. I knew they are highly opinionated towards the cabal if you will.

Sometimes i'd watch a little RT or the Corbett report.
But my main source of information is what is posted here on ToT and some of the discussions that follow.

My question is what would be considered good sources for information? What alternative media streams do you follow and why?

Hoping to make this thread a goto for good sources of real news if you will.

    With Love
    Eelco
    Have a great day today

Hi Eelco, these are my daily 'go-to' sites on the net. I'm a bit of a news hound.

In my daily work I am able to listen to listen to Alex Jones on my iPod as I go about my tasks. But before I download the previous days show, I visit Sydney Morning Herald (largest mainstream news site), then I toddle to Rumour Mill News, Jeff Rense, David Icke, Hang the Bankers, Jim Stone.

As well as TOT of course and PA.

Above Top Secret I will look at on the weekend as well as angirfan, thecolemanexperience and Alcuin and Flutterby.

I also make sure to sometimes catch mainstream news to see how they are spinning things! I generally watch 60 minutes on a Sunday night (mainstream).

All these sites I think give me a good picture of what's really going on. In addition I receive some financial newsletters specialising in technology (keeps me up with things somewhat) and what is generally going on in the financial world that mainstream won't talk about.

    Cheers,

This is a good idea for a thread, but it's hard not to go into debunk mode, most of the popular alt media people are seriously dodgy, it's best to take all of it with a pinch of salt.

For example I watch James Corbett & post (most) of his output on here, he is a great guy, really well informed & probably the most truthful of all of them, but even with him there are certain "no go" areas ie UFOs

Which means I will listen to all he has to say on politics & international affairs, but once anything "woo woo" comes up I'm not interested.

Richard D Hall was my intro into "alt media" & is still the only UK based person that still seems legit (how many "alt media " people have come & gone in the UK alone ? Remember Edge Media on TV ?), although again there are certain no-go areas, which is probably what has kept him safe, but then he has an engineering background so I can understand why he hasn't gone more into non- physical things.

Miles Johnston comes to mind, but he really should have employed some judgement over who to video & who to work with

More when it comes to me lol

I find the clandestine trickery of MSM so transparent now that I actually have it as my main source of news digestion. Before you tie my four tiny limbs to four horses and fire the gun I do have reason.

Within the alternative community you have some truth, yes. You have much deliberate and chinese-whispered disinformation, definitely. You also have abject lies. The problem is with abject lies is that there isn't a pattern to them within the alternative media because they are entrenched within a fortification of half truths, emotional attachments and egotistical rivalry. This makes sieving for those truths within this environment akin to frequenting the mine with a colander. You will be lucky to leave home with a few morsels of the good ****, albeit possible.

The MSM isn't like this. It's lies, deceptions, arguments and treachery are so abundantly clear that I know instantly WHAT is happening by the nature of the lie, the timing of its alleged occurrence, the accused perpetrators, the alleged victims and the moment of the lies' inception into the hive mind when released into the public domain. Without fail every single time, this tells me the truth.

So my answer Eelco, is whatever you like. Sorry to be elusive.

I like the idea Eelco, I also think Spiral is right that all has to be taken with pinch of salt. We all have some sort of bs....t radar so we know most of the time what is genuine and what should be researched carefully before taken as truth.
I recently saw a guy whose YouTube channel seemed very eye opening with good info but then he started pushing his adverts and sell thing and I unsubscribed, that's why I can't remember his name. I can't stand alternative media with too much advertising of gold and preparedness good. It looks like they are taking advantage of people who try to protect themselves.

I would like to point out at Red Ice Radio shows which produce very interesting information and points. But they make more like a topical interviews than just news.

I do exactly the same, once you know what their game is they actually tell you things by the way they lie

At least they can't win your confidence to fill your head with propaganda & emotional manipulation like many in the Alt Media scene do.

That said, some interesting things seem to be happening in UK MSM right now, the newspapers are in meltdown over the subject of "Truth & Values" ( http://www.theguardian.com/media/201...-changes-yodel etc ) & the TV news seems to have realised they are getting so far from reality that they have had to wind it in quite a lot, "Dateline London" yesterday was jaw dropping, nearly everything the pundits said was true !

They might have been "economical with the truth" to some extent but it wasn't the blatant lies & made up BS it normally is, something is happening, change is afoot
