    Pagan days

This day the 18th of FEB is the festival of women /celtic tree month of nun commences /Tacita /Egyptian Day

This day is a persian pagan festival honoring woman, also the day of Roman rites in honour of Tacita , the silent goddess , binding hostile speech and unfriendly mouths.

has anything of this nature manifested itself in your life today ?

Ok ill jump in here with trepidation, i felt a little sad that mod did not thank my post to him on his thread yesterday as it was posted with heartfelt intent, i had been tempted to voice further on that mine was the only one missing a thanks but decided that if he chose to depart with unfriendliness then i will not respond in kind,lb

I know how it feels to have your post be the only one missing a thanks on a thread … like it was skipped for a reason … especially something as innocent as a happy birthday thread … LOL

Probably this is not the place but just would like to say that when you use a phone browser or a tablet there is no thank you button or at least I haven't seen it on mine, this might have happened in many cases. Don't take it personally peeps.

But this is a lovely thread that is just starting and I won't let it go off the tangent

Whenever I hear anything like this (the "thanks" thing) I always think it must be me because I am so inconsistent with that sort of thing lol

Also we noticed that the unsubscibed/not logged in usergroup settings was completely wrong .This user group should not be able to thank posts, send messages or receive unless its from the admin. We amended it and thats why you did not get a thanks

    cheers

OK, I know this is off topic Tribe, but I'm kind of confused. Is the modz back? I see his name in red.

Secondly, on the topic of 'thanks', I agree with Seikou, I can be kind of random with it, but not on purpose. For instance, I may scan posts because I don't have much time, but I'm not logged in, so cannot thank. In my mind, I want to post a thanks, but think I'll do it later. Then by the time I've logged on, I either have to spend a lot of time going over threads again to thank, or I get lured into an interesting topic and I just forget.

There are also some times (when I'm logged in), that I purposefully do not thank. So it's not an exact science! Maybe we should remove the thanks button altogether! Lol...just kidding. I know it serves a 'general' purpose, but it's certainly not an exact arbiter of what the forum thinks in general..

Firstly i have sent you a pm

Secondly the thanks button in my opinion is a great idea. There are members who really like to express their thanks to post but don't like posting a post

    Apologies Tribe yet again
