    Interesting Moon tonight 06.02.2015

I have just seen the moon - it is like a huge red/orange globe in the sky.
Just wondering if anyone else is seeing the same?
I tried to take a photo, but the moon looks like a dot........... wondered if there is anyone out there with capabilities of taking a proper picture of it.
    Any thoughts to its colour.
I did notice the sky was looking a strange unusual dirty pink tonight at sunset.

There are also clearly three craft Breeze. One is near Orion's Belt, can anyone see these? They consist of three dots each like huge triangles.

I have just braced the cold again to have a look 777 at orions belt. Okay I confess, my star knowledge is pretty lame, I see orions belt, and three stars far apart puting orions belt in a type of triangle, but lack wisdom if that is normal or not. So bad witness this end for your question. Sorry. Hopefully someone with such star wisdom will take a look for you.

Just went out for a smoke.

Orion's belt is behind some trees from where I was so I couldn't see it that well.
The moon though is back to its "normal" self.

First idea's popping in my head were about dimensional shifting...
The huge orange moon from earlier felt warm, joyful, cosey even. now it's rather cold and distant in comparison.

Note to self: Need to take my mind to the cleaners.

When I first read this real fast it registered as.... showed my little Who-Ha.

Maybe my mind was thinking of a pagan mother goddess moon ritual...

Oh well, off to the cleaners... :P

    You know, it's funny...

We've had a lot of smoke around due to bushfires in our area. When I looked at the moon last night, it was very orange in hue here as well! By about midnight, the smoke had cleared and the moon was back to its' normal colour.

The size of the second with the color of the first..

From the moment we saw it in the car until it seemed to have returned to "normal"
    was about 2 hours.
