I just wish I could see the damned thing!! I've been up at times like 4:45am only in the last week or so and haven't been able to see anything against the first light glow in the east. The comet has by now crossed the Earth's orbit and is inward towards the Sun, so will be visible in the east just before sunrise.... But I'm yet to see it.... I'm just gonna have to try harder, obviously!

By the way, the real fun will be in January when the Earth crosses the path of the comet, and flies through the debris trail. Crossing a comet's orbital path is the common source of all meteor showers, so there should be some fireworks about then...

Join Slooh for live images of Comet ISON as it continues its long journey to its sun-grazing encounter on Thanksgiving day in the U.S. If the comet survives that close pass of our Sun, it may become one of the "Great Comets" with a tail arching across the night sky as it passes by Earth again. The Slooh Broadcast team will continue to provide updates on this mysteries comet through that journey.

Comet #ISON's tail stretches more than 16 million kilometers from end to end. http://spaceweather.com/

"After its recent outburst, Comet ISON was looking very interesting this morning with multiple streamers in the tail."

Don't know what's got me more concerned: Meteors coming in OR . . Alert - Your arrest record is online!!!! (Sorry, couldn't resist)

P.S. Note making fun of or dismissing meteor alert.

Awesome, so I'm guessing I need to point my telescope toward the moon tonight? It's clear here, so if there are any bright meteors to see, I should be able to see them. I would love to watch a new crater being made on the moon in real time!

We're Passing Through ISON DEBRIS RIGHT NOW - Heres What's Happening 01-15-2014

    Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9Sw_DgQuxY

we are now passing deep within pre perihelion ISON debris, this is just dust and poses no threats to us, we have yet to see Large Dark Objects SLAMMING EARTH as a certain someone has been muttering for the last month. This is simply not true, there is no fire, no brimstone, no death and destruction. We are seeing a minor meteor shower as I have been saying for months
