The same time frame 2011 even seeingUFOsPA was filming great captures that year. There was alot going on around the world at that time with the phenomenon.

The blue flashes are EXACTLY the same as the ones I see when I take the dog out at midnight if the sky is clear !
They are as bright as Rigel easily.
But as many as the vid though, and (the most often seen) one is usually in the east near Jupiter atm or Castor & Pollux a few weeks ago, there is often one to the south too, the flashes repeat but not in a regular manner & never from quite the same spot, like its moving around within a locale.

think of sinzzer's sightings.
originally out at a distance, flashing their stuff. announcing their presence.
sinzzer starts recording.
now, they fly over and around his home.
is the process of recording these displays like ultra-fly paper?
I think using a tripod & a long exposure might make it quite do-able esp with the new moon...but these blue flashes are not like any of the ufos I have seen close up so I have no idea whether they will move closer.
They only appear late on too, never usually see them earlier on in the evening.

I can share two personal observations about that question jimmer.do these entities blink around to see who will bite?
They have blinked in more than a handful to get my attention and in other cases can only speculate that it was used for mimicry blending in to the environment as to not cause a stir with the general populous, but the first reason I'm pretty confident they did it for the reason given.
Hi jimmer I was thinking more about that question and offer up this video. You can see early on the crazy flashing it was doing. Another video of an orb the powered up near the ground and close to me also shined a light on 3 times before I turned and started filming. That video you know already and is called "amazing light-up," but the one below is definitely excellent support to my hypothesis... note also that the blinking ends and still going ovrhead in night vision...cheers friend
