Disc Shaped Cloud Stud Fixed In The Air, While Other Clouds Get Blown On By In Very Strong Winds

Hi guy's this video is only short, but I do have ABOUT ten minuets of this same disc shaped cloud, standing completely still in very strong winds,

While other clouds get pushed on by with the wind, I would be happy to post but there are sound related issues,

Regards to remarks being made out of frustration, also poor pic quality!!.
