Hi Lookbeyond, have you tried evening primrose oil, I hear people claim it has an amazing effect on the skin regeneration.

How to Use Salt for Instant Migraine Relief

Being acquainted with migraines, I literally have used everything in the past to attempt to stop it. Migraines are one of those things that simply ruin your life for the day. However, eventually, I did find a method that worked for me! I am very happy I didn’t have to resort to conventional medicine.

When you use salt to relieve migraines, make sure to use high quality salt such as Himalayan crystal salt. It’s the most complete salt in the world. It contains 84 minerals, electrolytes and elements – a fascinating number considering that there are only 118 elements known to science. This salt helps reduce the severity of migraine headaches, strengthens the immune system, increases energy levels, balances serotonin levels in the bloodstream, restores the body’s alkaline and electrolyte balance and much more.
Also, this method is very easy.

Just take a glass of lemon juice with a high concentration of Himalayan crystal salt and drink it. It works like magic!
Start small: the juice from half a lemon and one teaspoon of salt works for most people.

Taking good quality salt in big quantity is good, combined with lemon juice is also beneficial. I just want to add that after taking you need to drink lots of water to balance the electrolytes in the body, otherwise this will spike the leveles of sodium and distort sodium potassium extracelular balance. Simply it can cause some problems with cardiovascular system and kidneys.

this therapy makes no difference to the type of salt, tho i must say i have not tried it as i am not prone to headaches
I believe my comment above is relevant here too but also I would like to point out that there are different types of headaches. Ones can be treated with strong coffee as it is Vasodilator (relaxes the blood vessels). In this case the headache is caused constricted blood vessels which as a result cannot deliver enough oxygen to the brain. Coffee loosens those blood vessels and the head ache disappears.
The other type of headache however is caused by the opposite effect, the blood vessels are too dilated and taking coffee just makes the things worse.

Naturally cure Pneumonia and other diseases in 3 hours with this one ingredient!

    by PAUL FASSA

Pneumonia x rayI have written a few vitamin C articles in the past, mostly promoting mega-dose IV vitamin C that drips 50 to 100 grams (not milligrams) of vitamin C as ascorbate acid and liposomal vitamin C that virtually duplicates IV C efficacy orally and with much less amounts using lipid encapsulated ascorbic acid to reach cells more effectively.

But still, most do not appreciate what vitamin C actually is what it can do for everyone regardless of how it’s administered if the dosages are large enough. In other words, vitamin C is medicine, not just a helpful supplement to prevent scurvy.

Then there are those even within the alternative health community that argue ascorbic acid is dangerous and should only be consumed from natural sources such as citrus fruits and berries that contain the bioflavinoids necessary to process vitamin C.

But those who know in the orthomolecular field, a small community of physicians and other health practitioners who use high dose supplements to actually reverse disease, assert that ascorbic acid is vitamin C.

Most animals make their own from the liver. We humans lost that gene some time ago. The formula for vitamin C is C6H8O6, where C is carbon, H is hydrogen, and O is oxygen, and that is what ascorbic acid is. I use only the best from the Vitamin C Foundation.

It’s not made in China, as most ascorbic acid is, and it’s not made from GMO corn. It’s pharmaceutical grade ascorbic acid or ascorbic acid from Europe.

Getting Educated on Vitamin C Without Static from Medical Mafia Naysayers

“Two writers with an expertise in orthomolecular medicine (using high doses of supplements instead of pharmaceuticals) have created the best book so far with current vitamin C knowledge. It is easily understood by the interested layperson, and will give new knowledge to the specialist as well.”

“The text is exciting and a challenge to mainstream vitamin views. It may affect your thinking about what this vitamin could do for you.” Bo H. Jonsson, MD, PhD, Dept. of Clinical Neuroscience, Karolinska Institute, Sweden

Adrianne Harun introduces her review of the book mentioned by Jonson above: Vitamin C: The Real Story by Steve Hickey, PhD, and Andrew Saul, PhD with “The medical history of vitamin C reads like a laundry list of missed opportunities and willful ignorance.” Note the phrase “willful ignorance”.

Dr. Saul explains his early experience with high dose ascorbic acid that wasn’t liposomal or IV in a short 4 minute interview you can listen to below. He also explains how this was used for an infant child of a friend of his.

The amount Dr. Saul used on himself orally without liposomal lipid encapsulation was outrageous. But his pneumonia was gone in three hours. And an infant in dire straits was also treated in a similar fashion successfully.Nowadays liposomal vitamin C can do more with less. Apparently, bowel tolerance extends to the degree your body needs high amounts of ascorbic acid.

Pneumonia is the eighth ranked killer disease in the world!

Much of the CDC’s bogus annual flu death statistic is from flu complications that lead to pneumonia. Dr. Andrew Saul’s website, Doctor Yourself is loaded with information on all supplements and contains links to many other sources.

During the 1940s and “50s, when polio was very common, a small North Carolina MD, Dr. Frederick Robert Klenner, routinely cured pneumonia and polio patients both in his small office and the nearby hospital where he had practitioner privileges. His 1949 Atlantic City AMA conference presentation with documented case histories was ignored.

Dr. Klenner asserted, “When proper amounts are used, it will destroy all virus organisms. Don’t expect control of a virus with 100 to 400 mg of C”. He also added, “Some physicians would stand by and see their patient die rather than use ascorbic acid because in their finite minds it exists only as a vitamin.”
