    Black Cumin Seed Oil

This little known seed has been heralded as the King/Queen of seeds. I've done a little research on it and apparently 100% organic, pure black cumin seed oil is the best way to use it. Can be used topically on the skin and also ingested. A teaspoon daily is a maintenance dose. To treat a condition, 1 teaspoon with honey and garlic, 3 times a day.

I am not a health practitioner so please do your own research or discuss with your own HP. There are many sites on the web and how to use it. This is just one.

It's also important to note that last year a huge pharmaceutical conglomerate was trying to patent it, so there you go. 'Nigella Sativa' I think is the botanical name for it. Cheap as chips if you buy it as a seed, like $4 for a bag. No wonder Big Pharma wants in on the act. Buy it cheap and jack up the price.

If you buy the seed, you can just chomp on it or add to your food, like rissoles, salads, smoothies etc. But apparently the oil is the best method of getting it into your body.

    Get some!

Anyone here who is a health practitioner, knows any more....Modwiz?

BLACK CUMIN SEED OIL – YOUR ULTIMATE LIFE ELIXIR

“Black cumin oil is probably the single most important oil you can put in your system.”
~Dr. Gary Null, Progressive Radio Network

Known in the Middle East as ’The Seed Of Blessing’

Black Cumin seeds, also known as Nigella Sativa – has been used to successfully keep people super healthy – for over 3,300 years, since their first reported discovery in Egyptian Pharoah Tutankhamun’s tomb. Part of the buttercup family, the seeds are dark, thin, and crescent-shaped when whole.
There have been reports of these “health giving” seeds used throughout history in the Middle East, the Mediterranean and India – from minor headaches and skin irritations – to otherwise deemed impossible circumstance. Regarded throughout the entire Middle East as one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory herbs ever existing…

    • Cleopatra used it as a beauty treatment.
    • Queen Nefertiti used black seed oil to bring luster to her hair and nails.
    • Hippocrates used it to assist with digestive and metabolic disorders.
    • Archaeologists even confirmed King Tut kept a bottle of Black Cumin Seed Oil in his tomb –for use in the afterlife.

Which brings no surprise that Black Cumin Seed Oil has also been used by practitioners of Ayurveda and Chinese Traditional Medicine for thousands of years for an extensive list of mild to extreme health conditions. In recent years, it has been put to the test and several scientific studies confirm its long reported health benefits.

Referred to As “The Highest Level Health Giving Seed Oil”…
With reported effectiveness against life-threatening culprits… Black Cumin may be the most effective “all-in-one” health food in existence.
Since 1964, there have been 458 published studies involving black cumin – confirming what Middle Eastern and North African cultures have known for thousands of years.

Black Cumin Seed Oil is quickly becoming the best health product for millions of people internationally.
It’s native source – Nigella Sativa has been involved in hundreds of studies regarding high level wellness, and particularly disease prevention. One of its active ingredients, Thymoquinone, has been effective in reducing the size of existing tumors.

In studies on rats and humans, Black Cumin Seed Oil has been found to do the following:

    • Inhibited tumor growth by up to 50%
    • Increased the growth of healthy bone marrow cells by 250%
    • Aides in the production of natural interferon
    • Demonstrated strong anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties
    • Help to protect the body against damage from chemotherapy and radiation
    • Deactivated and/or killed certain types of cancer cells

The Tangible Miracle of Black Cumin
It is one of the earliest cultivated plants in human history. Meaning it was one of the early providers of life.
Their black seeds contain over 100 chemical compounds and some of the ingredients are yet to be discovered and identified. The main active ingredient in black seed oil is crystalline nigellone. The seed oil also contains beta sitosterol, thymoquinone, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, proteins and vitamins B1, B2 and B3. They also contain calcium, folic acid, iron, copper, zinc and phosphorous.
The high content of phytosterols found in Black Cumin Oil – are also necessary for the human body for natural production of hormones, provitamin D and bile acid – aiding in a prevention of endocrine disorders, immune deficiency and the #1 killer – cardiovascular disease.
As a result, these tiny Black Cumin seeds – provide an all-around super multi-vitamin of nutrition.
5 ‘Life-Saving’ Reasons to Consume Black Cumin Daily –
    And Allow For Miraculous Living…

    1) POTENT ENOUGH TO JUMPSTART THE IMMUNE SYSTEM – HELPING WITH EVEN THE NASTIEST OF THREATS LIKE CANCER & HIV
Dr. Gary Null stated – “every time you take black cumin you are stimulating your immune system to fight on your behalf and increase natural killer cells.” Thus, referring to its ability to improve the immune system, and help treat even the most impossible invaders like cancer and HIV, successfully.
Black Cumin does this by helping to stimulate the production of bone marrow and cells of the immune system. It increases the production of interferon, protects normal cells from the damaging effects of harmful invaders, helps destroy tumor cells and increases the number of antibody producing B cells within us.
In turn, Black Cumin supports the entire body. Its immune-building properties and active compounds have been proven to help fight a never-ending list of diseases and autoimmune disorders – via the boosting of the body’s immune cell production, bone marrow, and natural interferon. Even for people in the best state of health, consuming Black Cumin regularly – have greatly increased their vitality and well-being!

    2) WOMAN REPORTS SHE WAS CURED OF STAGE 3 CANCER
A woman in Yemen, suffering of stage 3 cancer – longed for natural treatment. She was advised to take Black Cumin seeds with honey three times a day, in addition to garlic and honey.
After three months, her cancer completely disappeared. The woman continued consumption of these nutrient foods even after illness had diminished.
And not only has Black Cumin demonstrated to help improve a variety of Cancer situations like hers, but researchers at the Cancer Immuno-Biology Laboratory in South Carolina also found – Black Cumin helps stimulate the activity of neutrophil granulocytes – the most abundant type of white blood cell in the body. These neutrophils target cancer cells before they multiply, and help eliminate them before they can develop into harmful tumors.

    3) THE ‘DEADLIEST’ FORM OF CANCER – DESTROYED BY BLACK CUMIN
Nigella Sativa has been a well-documented beneficial supplement for many forms of cancer, including pancreatic cancer.
Right now, pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths in America, because the survival rate after five years of conventional cancer treatment is sadly, only 4 percent.

A study conducted at Kimmel Cancer Center, at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia – revealed that Nigella Sativa (Black Cumin) DESTROYED pancreatic cancer cells – with an incredible 80 percent cancer tumor cell death! It also showed to stop the gene transcription process so cancer cells can’t replicate!
The magic ingredient in Nigella Sativa appears to be thymoquinone. Researchers believe thymoquinone holds promise as a preventative strategy both for patients who have already gone through surgery and chemotherapy, as well as a promising preventative measure – especially for those genetically prone.

    4) FOLLOW YOUR HEART – YOU’LL NEED IT
The utmost vitality doesn’t mean anything if you don’t maintain a HEALTHY HEART. Black Cumin benefits the heart and Cardiovascular system in a variety of impressive ways…

Rich unsaturated omega 6 & 9 acids and phytosterols help fortify and increase the elasticity of blood vessel walls, decrease capillary fragility and permeability, prevents thrombus formation, and decrease arterial pressure.
It also assists in the decrease of blood cholesterol – preventing formation of dangerous atherosclerotic plaque, as well as preventing development of inflammatory elements in the overall cardiovascular system. Additionally, Black Cumin has been used to treat tachycardia, bradycardia, hypotension, hypertension, as well as alternative heart diseases.

    5) PROTECTION AGAINST ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT “SUPER BUGS” – ALREADY THREATENING OUR FUTURE
In 1989, an article about phenomenal properties of Black Cumin was published in the Pakistani Medical Journal.
Then in 1992, research of the antibacterial properties of Black Cumin – in comparison with strong antibiotics was carried out in the medical department of the university in Dhaka, in Bangladesh. The facts were very facsinating – Black Cumin Oil demonstrated itself as a MORE EFFICIENT remedy against certain types of bacteria including those which most strongly resist antibiotic drugs.

A Good Problem – Black Cumin Supplies You With Too Many Benefits to List…
Some of the many conditions reportedly treated with consistent ingestion of Black Cumin Oil – include, but are not limited to…

    • Cancer

The Best Way To Consume Black Cumin:
The “OIL” - is the most effective form to consume Black Cumin because the oil is more concentrated than whole seeds unpressed, and is more readily assimilated. Also, because of it’s potent, absorbable concentration – only 1 teaspoon is needed per dose.
Most health experts and natural physicians recommend taking 1 teaspoon of the oil two times per day for therapeutic effects, on an empty stomach/before meals and bedtime. Or once per day, for a healthy maintenance dose or as a preventative measure.
Black Cumin can have sedative effects for some though, and because the oils have bile-expelling characteristics, in my opinion, it is best taken in the evening – unless utilizing 2x per day for therapeutic benefits. You can take the oil on its own, mixed in water or juice (*great with raw honey), or can be added to warm tea – like herbal chai, etc.

Many people have also added a small amount to their face & body creams, with phenomenal results. Also beneficial topically for burns, psoriasis and alternative skin disorders.

Mix with honey and/or garlic for a great tonic for effective immunity-boosting during cold and flu season.
Black Cumin should be taken daily as a preventative measure for all illness, and life-long vitality.
Where to Get 100% PURE Black Cumin Oil?
First, it must be (true) Black Cumin oil – purely from Nigella Sativa.
You also only want to purchase organic, pure-pressed oil that is completely free of all additives – and should be stored in a light-protective and air-sealed Miron bottle.

Currently, Activation Products is the only supplier of pure Black Cumin Oil – matched to these standards.
    This is what inspired our team at Activation to produce;

I highly recommend you consume it regularly. This is one of my personal staples, and I know you’ll enjoy it as much as I do!
    Yours in good health,

something jogged my memory last night and i was going to try to find the links again, then this morning you had put this up.
i have been watching you tube vids and everyone i have seen are stating it has massive health benefits for all sorts of reasons.
they even state you will notice a difference in days using black seed oil and honey.

I love synchronicity! Like I said, I am not a health professional. I just like to research for myself and use my own judgement and intuition. It speaks to me, but may not speak for others. Please do consult with a health professional. Good Luck, I hope it helps you on the road to health.

    Love Sooz

    Hi Sooz,
Have you got any noticable results after consuming BC oil? I used to take 1tbs a day for about three monts but tgh cant tell the difference. The oil I used was the highest grade cold pressed bc oil. In addition I always put bc seeds in my bread.
I have to say also that I was taking it jus tbecause of its properties not for particular benefit. I have alopecia so I was hoping it will help with this condition but nothing has changed.

    Hi Altaira,

I ordered a bottle the other day, haven't received it yet. Bought 100% pure organic oil. I bought the actual seeds a year ago and used it in all my cooking. I've also just started baking my own gluten free bread - thought I would buy the seeds again and bung some in there also. I bought the oil to put a little in my morning smoothie and also to use as a face and hair moisturiser.

I want to ingest the oil more as a preventive/maintenance thing. Will let you know how it goes.

Alopecia? I had that over 10/15 years ago due to stress. Long story. I sympathise with you on that one. All resolved now. PM if you would like to know more.

Hi Mark, I have no idea, as a general rule take a teaspoon of oil a day for a start. Like I said I am not a heath practioner. I just do my own research and pass it on. Up to you after that.

For my own personal experience, I am going to take a teaspoon per day in my smoothie. And also use a bit on my face.

How long would it last? Depends on how you use it. A couple of months? Just guessing. Perhaps 6 months on how much you use.

Black seed oil can cure some cancers. Please read this. It's also interesting as I said before, Big Pharma has been trying to get a patent on this for good reason it seems.

Also, another good little tip I read today - buy the black cumin seeds (very cheap), grind them up in your coffee grinder, add to a good honey (high grade Manuka Honey would be perfect). And have on your toast every morning.

    You can thank me later...

Just an update on the oil. Received it a few days ago. Have been using a little on my face and hands. Haven't started ingesting it yet in my morning smoothy, but tasted it tonight, half a teaspoon. Extremely bitter and spicy, neat on a spoon, but in a morning smoothy it would just have a bit of a 'woody' taste.

The oil on my skin is remarkable - it absorbs very quickly (about 15 minutes) with no greasy after-feel like you get with argan oil or coconut oil. And I absolutely LOVE the scent of it -extremely pungent and very woody. I'm guessing a lot of people would not like the scent at all, it's very unusual. Primitive almost!

In a few short days (I've only used it at night), it has cured a rash I get over one eyebrow. I've had it for years, have no idea what causes it. In the past I've tried all manner of natural things, castor oil, essential oils etc, you name it. The only thing up till now that has cured it was cortisone cream, which as we know is not good for you. But this cumin oil has vanished the rash* altogether in a couple of days.

The only thing I would advise about using it on the face and neck, is be careful around the eyes. If it gets in your eyes it stings. Just dab the oil carefully around the eyes, taking care not to get it too close where it can get into your eyes. I'm sure it would do no harm, but it stings and your eyes will run with tears.

It's pretty cheap, $33AUS for 250ml - that will last a long time, you only need half a teaspoon at most for your face and neck. Half a teaspoon twice a day if you are ingesting it.

I've just filled up a little bottle with a dropper and added a few drops of high quality lavender oil and aged# patchouli oil for my skin care. If you use it on your face and hands, and before it completely absorbs into the skin, rub the remaining oil through your hair and scalp.

Make sure you buy 100% pure organic, first pressed oil.

Even if you don't take it orally, using it transdermally (on the skin) it is getting into your body. The skin is the biggest gland you've got (lol...no comments on that bright sparks).

*Red, flaky itchy inflammation, eczema type of thing, nothing serious, just annoying.

#Aged Patchouli oil is very different from normal patchouli oil. Patchouli oil aged 5 years is extremely potent and not cheap.

i have taken the medication prescribed by the doctors to rid myself of Candida,of which settled it for about two week but seems to have come back.
yesterday i was in bed thinking what am i going to do about if anything.i came down and started reading about the ugly truths of the fungus.
the doctors never said that once you have it it can be difficult to get rid of and it can actually become worse if it gets into you bloodstream.
i stumbled upon a thread over on PA and read that all afternoon.
    lot,s of insightful information.
so i will be trying the turpentine and sugar cube remedy pretty soon.

Sorry ronin that you have had disappointing results with it. I am not a health professional, but I would expect other health aspects would have to be taken into consideration as well as diet etc.

I have not ingested it so far. Only used it on my face skin. With remarkable results I must say. My skin has never looked better. Anything I have left over on my hands I smear through my hair, especially the ends and on the scalp. At night I always use it on my hands. Can't say my hands look any better for it though...lol...maybe they are too far gone.

For anyone using it on their skin and not ingesting it, using it transdermally does get into the body anyway

Please be careful what you try ronin and do appropriate research. Wishing you well on your road to health.

    Love Sooz

    Hi ronin,

I think that black cumin should be supplementary addition to your treatment it wont harm unless the seeds that it has been extracted from were already moldy, which is something that is difficult to establish. I am sure you know a lot more about Candida than me as I personally haven't researched Candida problem in depth but I know that it thrives on sugar and you are going to use turpentine on sugar. As far as I know Candida requires very strict diet for at least 3 months to clear up so trhis something to consider and also I am not sure but you probably should check whether probiotics are going to be beneficial as well. Here is a bit more on Candida:
    Candida and your diet
The modern diet is like a feast for Candida, since it is a yeast that needs sugar to thrive and multiply. That includes sugar itself, foods containing sugar and also anything that converts to sugar. Refined carbohydrates like processed food made with white flour, other refined grains and alcohol can all contribute to Candida growth.

A healthy immune system should be able to keep Candida at bay. However, a diet rich in sugar actually depresses your immune system, leaving it vulnerable and allowing the Candida yeast to proliferate. Moldy and yeast-containing foods must also be avoided, as they can aggravate symptoms of Candida too. This means some vegetables, condiments, sauces, coffee, tea, and packaged and processed foods.

Sorry to divert the thread Sooz.

This is simple mathematics Mark , 1 tsp is usually 5.91939047 milliliters, so 250 ml/5.91939047 ml = 42.23407819893321. This gives you 42 tsp and you decide whether you want 1 or 2 tsp a day.
