Abby Martin discusses all things spy, surveillance, Snowden, oversight and privacy with Annie Machon. Even though (arguably) Annie Machon has lost cred by not previously divulging what Edward Snowden has recently confirmed, there is still info to be learned from this video.

One item in particular is our own personal responsibility about the information that we pass on to others, especially when it’s via the internet. When we access information from, say, David Icke’s website, for instance, who knows where they got it from . . . .? Maybe forums like this one for instance and Facebook. Is it coincidental that when something is posted here and then it pops up again somewhere else in a day or so, and vice versa. . . . ? Another point that we're all probably aware of is that, if it’s possible “for them” to access our emails and computers for information then it’s just as easy for them to plant stuff on our computers as well. Nothing is sacred these days, not even our private thoughts it seems.
