    I saw Dire Straights in Sydney, front row seats, in the 80's. They were truly mesmerising. Especially 'Telegraph Road' gave me the goosies.

    Will never forget it.

    I also remember hearing their first song 'Sultans of Swing' in the late 70's. As soon as I heard it, I knew it would be a hit and they would be the next big band.

    Thanks Norman, I'll put this on when I'm next doing jobs around the house. Delicious!

    I have to apologize to the youngsters who listen to lady gag gag and her ilk , need to listen to the above music . Where people can actually play instruments and sing without the aid of a machine . Top music Calz

    Spot on brother.

    My wife likes gag gag ... and she is now 42 ... nuff said.

    ... at least my oldest son now 18 has always seen the value of that time period as opposed to the ... stuff ... coming out lately.


    Tickets in hand for Rush in about 6 weeks (his favorite band ... not too far down on my list as well ...)
