Hi lb, looking at it I was so often told, you can't tell me what to do, you're not my mother, the big problem is that these were the ones who had a huge chip on the shoulder and spent their whole time in class trying to create a disturbance, not the ones like your son, I agree that's a whole lot of nonsense, I've got short legs and I can't sit still with crossed legs either I would have to fidget around. My Scorpio mum was like a haridan if one of us was told we couldn't do something, this tiny mite of a women went in like a Harpy out of Hell and gave them what for, but the problem got sorted out, usually over some trivial thing that worried the teacher. I believe that mum's should stand in for their children when it is a teacher problem rather than a child problem, although I must admit I had no such mum turn up to sort me out thank God!
