Loloma my Kolas,,,,No Nothing new here, I guess its time to start to Meditate again after watching this interesting video by Ted in Sara Lazar, some cool scientific stuff here peeps. Enjoy!

Neuroscientist Sara Lazar's - amazing brain scans show meditation can actually change the size of key regions of our brain, improving our memory and making us more empathetic, compassionate, and resilient under stress.

I've have watched Someone go from being very unstable ,nearly taken into care, turn into a very calm and happy individual who is able to cope with life due to meditation .

I am not able to meditate for very long at all , I have tried it , it is not for me . I do a 8 minute meditation of sorts , listening to the great bell chant at night before I go to sleep but I do find sitting in a field or walking near the sea or countryside or in the woods to be my meditation . Silence whilst observing nature and letting thoughts come and go without paying them attention just being .
