I've been having a green smoothy for breakfast, many years now.

It is an evolving recipe, this is my current one:

Use rice milk or oat milk as the base, or filtered water
1tbsp of Vital Greens powder (from Oz, has everything in it except the kitchen sink)
    1tbsp of raw cacao powder
1tbsp of hemp seed protein powder
    Glug of hemp seed oil
A few shakes of Himalayan salt
A few shakes of red cayenne pepper
Some raw honey to taste or Xylitol sugar

Edit: Sorry, forgot the most important ingredient of all - 1 teaspoon of organic powdered turmeric.

    Voila!

Sounds bloody delicious. I'm going to have to give this a try. I wonder if anywhere in the UK sells Vital Greens XD

Holy Toledo! I forgot the most important ingredient! 1 teaspoon of organic turmeric powder.
I add the hemp oil and the cayenne pepper because this helps the turmeric do it's good thing, those two ingredients turbo-charge it. Like when you cook a curry with turmeric? You always have hot stuff like pepper or chillies and oil. That's the magic bit.

It would be nice to add blueberries, fruit or whatever, but I am not a fruit person.

Veggies are not a problem for me - I eat heaps of them with meat protein for my evening meal.

The 'Vital Greens' Powder made in Oz has everything green and all colours of the rainbow in it, lol. I'm pretty sure I'm getting all my nutrients.

I should also add that I've now ditched the magnesium oil to use on the skin. The raw organic cacao powder is extremely rich in magnesium by itself, good for balancing mood , good for skin, hair etc.

You can have up to 5 tbs of cacao powder daily. I always put extra in my coffee together with cinnamon.

Yes, I'm in. My recipe is:

    2 x apples
    half inch slice of lemon
    half inch slice ginger (zingy)
    2 inch slice cucumber
    1 stalk celery
    Handful of spinach
    Viola . . .

PS: Can make it into a smoothie with half an avocado
