Baar.com is where you can find a great number of remedies featured in the Cayce readings. Heritage used to be a great company, but they got bought out and discontinued most of the good stuff, and changed formulas on the rest. We still use their tooth powder, and that's it.

Glycothymoline is an old fashioned mouthwash, called Alkaclear at Baar. It will remedy minor burns, will stop colds and relieve hay fever, and more. The iodine supplement marketed under the name Atomidine is excellent for first aid, it is amazing in its ability to staunch a wound, but it's made from iodine trichloride so it's not a supplement to be taken internally for gland health and such. For internal use, Nascent Iodine from Baar is made exactly according to the Cayce readings, and can't be beat.

Castor oil is clean and cold pressed, organic is best if you cab get it. We use it topically as an ointment for wounds, it will soften a scab so should be used with a bandage, and after that it can still be applied around the scab but not directly on it if there's still any chance of it breaking open. Use common sense. It is the best thing for anything on the skin, moles, warts, pimples, anything. Less is more, don't overdo it. One drop every other day, rub it in gently for a couple minutes. Soak virgin wool flannel with the oil and apply it across the abdomen with heat, and the body will readily absorb the oil to heal all manner of internal issues. ***IMPORTANT:*** Cayce said that castor oil had the same properties as clear quartz crystal, as in it amplifies what you put into it. It's essential to keep the right mental/emotional/spiritual state while using it. Used with positive and prayerful intent will cause dramatic healing, and using it with a bad attitude will active impede the body's ability to heal. For example, if you're using it for a blemish on your face, while applying it it's best to give glory to God for the beauty of the human body. While treating liver disease, give thanks for perfect health and well being. That sort of thing.

And thanks so much for that, only confirming what i imagined, your family and community background (knowing) reaches back deep into the early American settlers (and Indian tribe culture), hence creating a collective of early frontier medicine (remedies) in the days of the original settlers of the region.

I sense Cayce's was tapping into this phenomena, and was able to channel his readings directly (in dream state), through an apparent soul level connect to information that was directed (thru him) about the individuals who sought out answers to their human medical inquiries during these sessions.

This is the most expressive instrument I’ve ever had, the vibrato, sustain, and definition are spectacular. Here’s the first solo piece with lots of fun double stops, mwah, staccato fingerstyle, slides and some funky improvisation. It took 3 weeks a few hours a day to write, rehearse, and perform this in one take. The first bonding time with a new instrument is always special, but this bass triggers my brain like no other, it’s beyond inspiring to experience its sonic possibilities. Been playing fretless for some time but didn’t know this much definition in tone, sustain and resonance could be present, seems an ultimate blend of modern in-your-face sound and classical finesse with all its benefits.
