Obviously, i cannot speak for Rad ...

But being on a forum for the most part is all about sharing ...
connecting, communicating, and expressing oneself
(mostly by text/info usually with like minded others) ...
Though most often many just lurk watch/read and listen.

Saying that, Rad is the 'person' who invited me to join in here ... And from that invite, we started up a fast friendship ...You see i had already admired his early online forum (and video) sharing presence during my later days over at Project Avalon (2014-16)... So much so, that i (firstly) even tried to share his videos creations over there on my 'Up at the Ranch thread - But surprisingly (and with no real explanation) the videos were pulled as soon as i post them? And i can assure you here it wasn't about his video content ...

From that time on, I realized something was amok at that forum?

Rad was here on this forum from day one (Sept 12, 2013) (#25) ...
He is an original - Member/contributor on TOT ...

Saying that, i am the 'person' that asked him to return from his sabbatical ...
I missed him and his presence, and i believed other members have as well.

And thankfully he replicated my request ...

So again welcome back home to the shire Wizard ...

And I too enjoy his presence. Heck if the tent wouldn't have been reopened I doubt that I would be here.

That does not however explain why you Rad would want to re-engage in forum posting, when it is so obviously a medium you don't feel comfortable with.
Just take the quite different dynamic you and vern seem to display here as opposed to that you show in the videos.

For me when I do want to express myself I find it worth my time and often easier to take the time to craft a post.

Personally I love expressing myself through writing, it's a skill like anything else and of course a personal preference too.

I think that it's great to have more activity on this small forum of ours, but I do wish that members would act in more kind ways towards each other. We may have different political or religious views, but that doesn't mean that we couldn't get along or fight over them. That is kindergarten stuff.

Sometimes i repeat sometimes tisa be about weilding power or not enforcing but filters are a differing facet within this engagement, while some feel the talking stick not relevent, others feel kick swifts needbe's. Agree with all except the Mirror on the decodey codey Thread.

I will not hold it against you.

It has been a learning and confirming experience.

I am learning to lay very low in a forum and enjoy my real life.

It would seem that is not an option for some on the forum (enjoying real life) and, perhaps, my celebration of life and the human species is hurtful.

I got the message.
