Life's going on Rad, it's winter now, beautiful day, I'm getting my garden under mulch and tidied up with a lovely lady helping me. She comes once a week for an hour and we are getting the digging and the damned pruning done, so I won't get attacked by the metres long rose stems, that I swear want my skin. We are not allowed to water with a hose still just the watering can for half an hour twice a week.

It makes my heart sing to see the plants, that I carried
on my back, to try to save, from the old house, that I thought I wouldn't be able to save, but there they are several hundreds of dollars for mulch and fertiliser and much TLC and they are back to life - magic is still in my old green fingers and the world. Drought, smoke, dust storms and viruses, and my plants, just might live on to flower in the spring? Our Bushland is coming back to life, some of the wildlife, burnt so badly are coming good, and so far our country has only lost about a few over the hundred to the virus. But my God I was getting sick of my few small crowded rooms, so I have great appreciation for your simple pleasures, hopefully I can soon get to the pub for one of their terrific meals and a good mocha.

I wish you well on your way to the pub, Cearna. We went for the first time ourselves yesterday evening.

I heard it's been so dry in Ireland that they also cannot use garden hoses.

A friend of mine rescued a bunch of plants from a neighbor's house after she moved. She has them growing in her garden now.

How I stumbled upon this group, Tielman Brothers, does not matter. I chanced to loook at it and was blown away.

Thought to share and archive it.

Eyes are still moist from watching this duo trade vocals.

Tom Jones always pulled great performances from other singers. He would make them look bad on their own songs if they did not give their best.

Little Richard is amazing especially in the third song. He showed Tom who he was and Tom smiled.

This is no ordinary vocal session and Little Richard delivers the goods.

I am a Tom Jones fan.

Very enjoyable Rad! I heard about this couple the other day: Felice and Boudleaux Bryant, and learnt that they have composed a lot of hits for other people. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felice...udleaux_Bryant

I never knew as I hadn't looked into it. Here's one of the many that they wrote.

The biggest surprise to me, in terms of multiple women, was learning that Charles Kuralt had two wives and families in two separate states.

Here is a good sample of why the man was a legend. 16 minutes of it.

A young Bootsy Collins is playing bass.

    Well, in a modern way.

I couldn't find any videos of Charles Kuralt singing.

Here is a more recent video of Tom Jones.

He works well with modern bands and new approaches to his songs.

Well, the man was keeping his pipes clean.

    If, the gossip is correct.

I enjoyed the Odissi dance. It appears to require very good balance. And good strength in the knees.
