Well, since I'm here and I forgot why, I will share a little. Today I was given an opportunity to see that I have grown. Family can trigger emotional responses, and for me they can trigger old programs. And today they didn't. This was a momentous day. In the middle of the cloud, there was a moment of clarity. What a relief once in a while.

- you're onto the next avalanche of questions before the first lot have been answered. imo you have to give yourself time for the answer to manifest. Sometimes this takes weeks but an answer always comes. Sometimes - and this is a weird one - you find yourself giving somebody else the answer you were looking for yourself- spooky

Well, I didn't get a wink of sleep. It was a busy dreaming night and I can't recapture any of it. But I do recall being very happy at one point, laughing and carrying on. This new kitty is taking some getting used to. And the weather is changing, again. I have enjoyed open curtains and even open windows for a few days, and today we will be battening down the hatches. Ice and snow is coming. That won't be so bad, as it will melt tomorrow. But the chill has returned. And really, who knows if the ice and snow will materialize. It is true, what they say, that in Texas if you don't like the weather, wait a minute.

It also does not go unnoticed that on the same day that I am given the opportunity to see growth, I also see opportunity for growth. Last night I saw something unguarded, or maybe it was unprocessed. The goal, for me, is to remain in my center, and that is a difficult place to describe (so it is good that anyone reading this probably already knows what that means). I'm striving to allow emotions to flow and yet not allow emotional responses to be stirred without my consent. This is very difficult. But then, I no longer face the easy stuff.

I think I will keep at it today. For, what better would I have to do?
