Disturbing Child Abuse

For those of you who are following my journey and for those who have just joined in. I attended a WorkCover Hearing/Conciliation on Thursday 19th December 2013. Here are the highlights.

1. The Arbitrator had to maintain strict legal boundaries (even though an inaccurate section was applied to my matter) and the most compensation I could have received was $13,000. I stated that was an insult. Please consider that my life has been destroyed on every level immediately after I made a Mandatory Report in 2011.

2. The barrister of 27 years of legal practice was quite visibly rattled when I mentioned my Federal Human Rights Court Interlocutory Hearing. All she was concerned with was; "What's the remedy?" That is legal meta language for how much money to make this go away? I replied with; "I am setting a precedent so I can change laws." I asked her whether she wanted to read my Statement of Claim which is the basis for the Federal Human Rights Court matter and she replied in the affirmative. She was pulling the sheets out of the plastic covers frantically searching for something. I responded at one stage with this remark, "Some things in life are about ethics and conscience - not everything is about money." Remember readers my journey is about being a voice for Child Abuse victims and survivors.

3. I quoted a section from the Legal Profession Act 2004 to the female barrister - Section 730A Duty to report suspected offences and she responded like a bullet out of a gun with; "I'm not applying that" or words very similar. So I made some notes and while everyone waited for me to complete my notes I looked up and stated that I would be relaying her denial of the law to the current Australian Royal Commission into Child Sexual Abuse.

4. The entire session was recorded and at no time was I informed that the session was confidential thus I share information freely.

5. The outcome of the day - I have withdrawn my matter and can return to it at anytime and re-commence proceedings - however - I elected to transfer my matter to the Fraud Investigation Branch for a full investigation. As I have commenced communications with the Legal Services Commissioner I relayed the barristers denial of the Legal Profession Act 2004 Section 730A Duty to report suspected offences and requested it be added to my current complaint. Please keep in mind that within my workplace my identity as a Mandatory Reporter was not protected and this is a criminal offence that comes with huge fines and/or a custodial sentence. Also know that at two return to work meetings that two professionals admitted that my identity had not been protected - they are the second in charge of the legal office of the Catholic Church and a local administration office employee. During the course of my journey I cannot count the times I have recorded this offence in writing and I am still waiting for one professional to address it professionally.


NB: At one stage I offered, during an attempt at negotiating a one off lump sum compensation payment for pain and suffering and for the three years of my life that have been taken from me that I will never get back - that I would not complete my book/recount for sharing with the public. I stated I would only finish the book/recount for the purpose of sharing information with the current Royal Commission. No attempt was made to negotiate a lump sum one off payment in private which is perfectly legal and does happen. Hmmmm...stay tuned.

Calabash - thank you for your support I truly feel the energy from all the positive thoughts, prayers, meditations and kindness that people send my way. I do not have a blog. When I became a Teacher I joined facebook and realised that it would not be professional with so many Students interacting on all the social networks and I did not actually use the account and then deleted it - if it is actually possibly to really delete anything. Please know I have been destroyed financially adn that has impacted on every aspect of my standard of living.

Just type the title of this thread into the computer search engine and you will find youtube clips and threads. Someone has even started a thread on my behalf and due to their actions I intend to use that thread as evidence - although I cannot discuss my Federal Human Rights Court evidence due to it being filed and served and before the court. Just know that the more threads and articles that share information about my journey - the better.

Logic dictates that the cabal/illuminati/whatever can better spy on people and there information when it is located in one place - dissemination makes it difficult for the cabal/illuminati/whatever to control the information or the people. I do not want to control information or people - I value my freedom and imagine that others do too - so there you have an insight into my spirit and intellect.

I will win my battle - I will do whatever it takes to be a voice for abused Children and Adult survivors who deserve justice. Thank you again for your kindness and support - it keeps me going.

Rob Halford is an ex member (and an Aussie too) of this forum (hence the thread) and is a bit of a legal expert, in fact if you go on that radio site you will see that most of what they cover is legal stuff, I think that they may be able to offer support & advice, it would also be another avenue for publicity for your case / cause, you would also make a good guest on one of their shows too.

Important update for all the people who are following my journey and supporting me. I had an appointment with my doctor today and I conveyed to him the most recent developments in my journey. Please know that as private appointments with my doctor are confidential I do share information with him that I cannot - as yet - share on the worldwideweb. Keeping that thought in mind - today my doctor broached the subject of should anything happen to me....

I looked him in the eyes and declared on the lives of his Children that I am passionate about completing my current journey and have plans for what I would like to do once I have finished my current journey. In short I stated that- my car crashed into a tree - rope around my neck - slit wrists - pills - et cetera it would be no accident - I declared I would not do anything to harm myself. So I thought I would put it in writing for all to see.

Also a note to all those people - in most of the Australian states and on a variety of continents around the globe - who are holding documents in trust for me. There is a person who has been tasked with contacting you in the event I am unable to upload to the web or publish my documents. Please know that you will be contacted and informed - should I for any reason be unable to upload and/or publish my documents.

I am not afraid and work on the theory that when you are prepared - it does not happen. I will have some information to share soon. I note that another paedophile was brought before the courts in Australian today - several counts with several Children at several locations - that will be difficult to beat!

Quick update for the people who are following my Child Abuse Whistleblower journey. Just received correspondence from the Federal Circuit Court of Australia informing me of a change of court location. The Interlocutory Hearing will now be heard in the Family Court.

I am slightly perplexed but not fazed only because courts list matters so far in advance. The time needed for a matter is also considered as rarely do matters exceed the time reserved and when they do it is usually due to unforeseen events. Having researched Exopolitics for several years now and being in the awakened state I have learned that there is no such thing as a co-incidence. All I will say is hmmm....

The new location for anyone who may be able to attend in person or send meditations, prayers and positive thoughts is; Family Court Lionel Bowen Building Court 3C - 97-99 Goulburn Street Sydney. NSW. Australia. Dates remain the same 20th & 21st March 2014 at 10.15am.

Update for those people who are following my journey. Yesterday I received a letter attached to an email - this is not how any professional agency has acted on my three year and continuing journey. There is a sense of urgency & the letter is from the legal office - Catholic Church - of the other side.

Now factor in that I have been pushing for the Legal Services Commissioner to act on certain information and had only recently sent my last correspondence as one last push. The letter I received was about upcoming legal procedure. I was informed - one week away from Federal Court that the solicitor with carriage of their side of my court matter - is no longer in their employ.

Scant details I know but I am erring on the side of caution with regard to legal boundaries. Don't want to make a mistake this close to court. It would appear that the other side have just suffered.

Quick update for those who are still with me on this Child Abuse Whistleblower journey. Was checking my paperwork this morning and thought I would also check the new court location - given that I had suddenly been informed that my Australian Federal Circuit Court of Human Rights matter has been moved to the Family Court of Australia. I am still waiting on a response from the Federal Court administration office as to the reason for the sudden and unexplained change of court location.

What did I find directly opposite the Family Court building - the Museum of Freemasonry. For those who have been down the rabbit hole of research that is all subjects cabal/illuminati/whatever - perhaps this is the reason for the change - location. Keep in mind my matter does not fit the criteria for Family Court matters. Things that make you go hmmm....

Attended court and fought like a warrior.This is the short version. The catholic church breezed into court with their money and their might thinking they could run over me like a steamroller - they did not and could not. The Judge has adjourned and has reserved his decision - to be given in writing.

At this juncture - this is a win. The Judge has so much to consider he could not make a decision on the spot. I need to sleep and when I have recovered I shall share more detail. Thank you for the support - it keeps me going.
