I've been having a bit of a listen to the BBC radio in the last couple of days.

I heard a snippet of news interview with the second judge they've put up to head the inquiry into the pedo thing in the government.

She believes she's a person of the people. HAH!. She's been to dinner parties with the "Britains" !.

What are these people ON!?

She was asked if she has Ben Britain's or his wife's number in her phone? She quickly said No. I don't believe that.

"Child sex abuse claims against a top Tory were “credible” but not investigated properly, a former government lawyer revealed yesterday.

Christopher Allen said the judge who headed an inquiry into the North Wales children’s homes scandal thought the shock accusations were “too sensitive” to be made public and “best forgotten”.

Mr Allen said the judge, Sir Ronald Waterhouse, reckoned a victim was exaggerating to increase his compensation.

Mr Allen, one of five lawyers on the inquiry in 1996, said: “I felt the allegations were credible.

"I would have loved to have seen him (the Tory) pursued because there has got to be something behind the allegations.”

In another blunder, the Tory accused of being a paedophile was said to be dead when the Waterhouse report was published in 2000 – but the unnamed Conservative aide is still alive today.

Sir Ronald, who died in May last year, also thought a second witness who backed up the Tory abuse claims was talking about someone else, it emerged yesterday.

However, the man who led an earlier probe insisted yesterday he had no recollection of allegations a senior Tory was among the child abusers of the 1970s and 1980s.

John Jillings, who carried out an investigation for Clwyd county council in 1994, said his report was pulped because the council was told by its insurers victims would be able to sue.

But he added: “I’d rather not get involved in listing names because it’s a long time behind me. They didn’t include well-known people in public life.”

Yet victim Steve Messham, who said he was regularly taken from Bryn Estyn children’s home in Wrexham to a hotel where he was sold for sexual abuse – including by a senior Tory from the Thatcher era – slammed Mr Jillings’s comments as “appalling”.

He said: “My statements have always been crystal clear. I have never hidden the fact who abused me.”

The Government this week announced two new inquiries following his fresh claims.

Well, that's a nobbled inquiry from the get go. Jimmy Savile may well have abused "girls" in Jersey, but the issue is bigger than that. What about the allegations he supplied "boys" to a very senior political figure who raped them and buried them at sea, from his yacht.

Update - here is a current list of actions that are in place in my capacity as a recognised Australian Child Abuse Whistleblower.

1. Mandatory Reports - made on 18th September 2014 at the local DOCS office in Griffith. In the presence of the local Manager. The information and statutory declarations being provided as a direct result of the formation of the facebook Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page. Thank you to everyone.

Still waiting for correspondence - informed I will be contacted by hard copy landline correspondence. It is now over a month.

2.Department of Education & Communities - I contacted them recently as a check through my files reveals an omission on their part with regard to administrative correspondence that should have been forwarded to me in 2011. The omission was addressed and I received a response via electronic mail.

Also an investigation is currently being conducted with regard to my public actions. The investigation was commenced approximately three months ago and is still underway.

3. I have contacted local Police due to the 2011 administrative omission by the Department of Education & Communities. I have contacted local Police to ensure the information contained in the second of two Mandatory Reports I made in 2011 was actually actioned.

Have sent mail by registered post as a response from the local Police should not take too long. I phoned and ensured the senior officer involved is not on any type of leave.

4. I have received communication via an electronic response from the NSW Police Headquarters and am following administrative instructions to contact a particular Local Area Command. The administrative procedures are to ensure victims and witnesses of Crimes Against Children are addressed properly.

Synchronicity unfortunately meant I had the displeasure to receive first hand information about unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour from operational Police officers from the very Local Area Command that I am to contact - directly from a victim/witness. This is directly related to my actions as a recognised Child Abuse Whistleblower. I am not impressed I can tell you!

I am contacting the particular Local Area Command and will be making a formal complaint as well as instigating administrative procedures to assist victims and witnesses of Crimes Against Children. To be fair to all involved I will wait to reveal the name of the Local Area Command for the moment. I will reveal the name of the Local Area Command in the near future as an adjunct to advertising the area - with the express purpose of allowing victims and witnesses to come forward. There are currently two victims with a possible third and fourth. More details as it is safe and appropriate.

5. Please visit the policeleaksaustralia page on facebook to view the lesson plan I created - to help people learn how to write a proper complaint. There is an introduction to explain what I have planned and some learning resources to help you.It is a little lengthy but it is designed to show you what you need in order to get your complaint addressed properly. Included is an actual current complaint addressed to a Local Area Police Commander with all identities withheld.

Also preparing for a court appearance - to assist a person with regards to an incident where Children were psychologically harmed during an incident via the unexpected presence of an authority figure.

Allegations raised during British question time back in 2012 linked a powerful paedophile ring to UK Parliament and Number 10. The question is posed and David Cameron responds. Video is under one min. This was published in 2012, but I was interested in David Cameron's follow up to this and found a couple articles. Looks like it's being stonewalled and whitewashed...Here is a quote from one of the articles, "David Cameron asked Mark Sedwill, Home Office permanent secretary, to investigate the claims. Days later, Sedwill revealed that an investigation had already taken place last year within the Home Office and found that 114 files relating to historic allegations of child sex abuse, from between 1979 and 1999, had disappeared from the department.
What was in the missing documents?
The file compiled by Dickens named eight leading figures from public life, including senior politicians, who were said to be paedophiles "operating and networking within and around" the Westminster elite, reports The Sunday Times. It was believed to have named Sir Cyril Smith, the late Rochdale MP, Jimmy Savile and Sir Peter Morrison, Margaret Thatcher's former parliamentary private secretary. Police have reportedly compiled a list of more than ten politicians, including past and present MPs or peers from the three main parties. One former child protection manager, Peter McKelvie, believes there were "upwards of 20" top figures involved, with a "much larger number of people who have known about it and done nothing about it".

We have come a long way from Hollie Greig and her abuse is still with us so let us join with Robert Green in asking for a public enquiry. The problem is who chooses the panel because we know what happened at the Dunblane enquiry led by Lord Cullen and the Hutton report into the death of Dr David Kelly. We are not going to let them sweep Hollie under the carpet for a hundred years.
The establishment will never allow an enquiry board picked by outsiders, so stalemate. It is time for action. Both Labour and Conservative have failed us on this topic. We have to look elsewhere or perhaps have a revolution.

Thought I would add this update - as this is an established thread and for those who have been following my Child Abuse Whistleblower journey, I have been quiet due to having crashed and burned so I am placing a focus on my health. What happened today fits the pattern for abuse against Mandatory Reporters and Child Abuse Wihstleblowers & I post for insurance. This exact update is posted on the Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page on facebook.

Update - Today shortly before 11.49 am I was in my home and heard my landline phone ring once and it stopped before I could pick up the handset.

At approximately 11.49 am the phone rang again and I was by now standing near the landline - I picked up the handset.

A voice I thought to be female spoke to me and I don't recall her exact first sentence as I was somewhat shocked because I did not recognise the voice at all. Since 2011 I have interacted with a variety of professional agencies and the person ALWAYS identifies themself as soon as I have picked up the handset. I quickly gathered my senses and asked her to identify herself.

I politely asked several times - "Who am I speaking with?" She refused to answer my repeated attempts to ascertain her identity.

I maintained my calm demeanour and repeatedly asked her to please identify herself and I added the question; "How do you come to have my silent phone number?"

I asked these two questions repeatedly and maintained a calm demeanour. The unidentified voice/person who I thought to be female sounded as though she was becoming agitated and angry. She mentioned that legal action was being taken against me several times and added the question, each time; "Did I want the paperwork sent to my email address?"

I only asked of the voice/person I thought to be female two questions; "Who am I speaking with? and How did you come to have my silent phone number?"

She refused to answer my questions - became agitated and angry and stated something about sending something to my email address. She hung up abruptly without warning.

My phone rang again at 12.13 pm and again at 12.20 pm and I refused to pick up the handset - I now feel threatened and intimidated by the voice/person who has contacted me in my home via my silent landline and refusing to identify herself.

I want to state here very clearly that I DO NOT make my silent phone number available to the public. I DO NOT make my private email address available to the pubic.

I will be posting this information not just on the facebook Child Abuse Whistleblowers Community page - I will also be posting it on all other long term threads on the worldwideweb as a security measure.

I will check my email to see whether I have received anything. This post is made in the form of contemporaneous notes and now forms evidence as a legal recount made at the time of the event or shortly after. If need be I can subpoena telephone records to ascertain where the phone call from the unidentified voice/female emanated.
