On her website she posts about this. The video she embeds in her article is not posted by Emery Smith, however. It is a Gaia interview of him from years ago. It is posted on the YouTube channel Awaken Zone.

When I first encountered information from David Sereda, my initial impression was that the individual was brilliant and was at a loss as to why he was 'ignored' in the UAP/UFO community. I found out. I was watching one of his presentations here on TOT in which he was describing the shuttle Columbia's fatal 'explosion'. After the accident, I did software development work in the area of the shuttle that 'blew up'. Sereda's hypothesis was complete nonsense. Columbia did not explode, it melted from the loss of heat shielding that occurred during the mission's liftoff. Everything in his analysis demonstrated he had no clue.
