I'm experimenting with these...One day in. My first experience was short due to time constraints but it was relaxing and I got a sense of what it is about...No results, though...

I tried the 512 hertz level yesterday. lol, not relaxing but more illuminating. He did describe them accurately, though...sort of jarring. I won't be ready for those again, for a while. It was in a way stimulating like a drug trip but no psychoactive ingredients were involved so more manageable.
