This is a modified copy of my Texas Driver's License that I have had for about 6 years. I recently renewed it online with no need to do anything but say, "Ok". Below is the state of Texas' declaration of what constitutes a 'Real ID':

"To determine if a Texas driver's license or identification card is REAL ID compliant, look for a gold star in the upper right corner of the card. If the card doesn't have this star, you'll need to get it on your next renewal or replacement."

At 13:42, Dr. Vaughn explained to Del Bigtree that COVID was not a respiratory disease; it was a vascular disease—meaning that patients were not having trouble breathing—they were having a problem delivering oxygen to vital organs via. the bloodstream. Ventilators were not the proper treatment, therefore.

Incidentally, my half-sister specializes in counseling transgenders considering surgery. There are serious hurdles to overcome before she will advise surgical specialists that the person in question is a suitable candidate (she also specializes in end-of-life care).
