    What's new in your life?

I don't think there's a thread devoted to the mundane, so I'm starting one. What's new in your life?

I got a new dog. My last dog died almost 5 years ago.

I am having trouble with my computer right now, so I can't easily transfer my own pics of him, but I can link to pics and videos of same breed.

He's an olde English bulldogge. Bigger and heavier than an English bulldog. Most vitally, his nose is a bit longer, so he breathes easier. That doesn't mean he breathes well!

He looks like this, but bigger and the personality is the same. I adore him!

He is attentive and is a couch potato, but not like that! I wonder if he would react similarly to iPhone ads.

Just got back from spiel 2024 in Essen so we've got around 70 new boardgames to house in our overcrowded boardgame storage some people call our home.

For me, what's old is new again...Do they still have funny farms in Canada...A few minutes ago my brother told me he doesn't think they have them anymore in the United States.

Board games are great. I hate games like Monopoly though. I like games that are mentally challenging. You bought 70 board games? Where do you store them all?

There are private funny farms in the US. And in Canada. Not sure. The government facilities are inadequate and usually part of a general hospital. Why? Do you feel a need to go to one? If so, I am so sorry you're having a tough time!

My pups are 16 now, both blind and little troopers, they still go everywhere I do, but tend to sleep most of the day away these days. (Both and sister from the same litter)...

Congrats on the new baby! Bulldogs are a special breed.. But then again they all are.. I absolutely adore my babies...

New games tend to go here:

Older, but fun goes to one of the other closets in the house, there's several in this room , upstairs, If it doesn't see the table often or any longer they go to the attic and wind up on some sell list.
Usually around spiel we tend to sell a few more to make room for new additions. We had around 190 games up for sale, sold 54 so we only need to fit 17 new games somewhere..
    Have a great day today

The little gremlin is doing just fine. I don't have any recent photos of him, but I could post some later perhaps.

Nice set up. And what is that beside the storage units? It looks like a cross between a goldfish and a blowup doll! Sorry, that's rude!

Thanks Rabbit! So nice you can take yours with you, everywhere. My dog is terrified of cars--being in them, and of them. Not uncommon for dogs who are brought up with access to the outdoors, in rural communities where there people don't get them used to the car at a young age. He's just not used to traffic of any kind.
