    But aren't things better now?

Poor people get to struggle even more.

It's all equality now. No one can afford a house anymore. Or as I like to say, I could finally afford something but now I can't afford it. That has done much to curb my materialism because who needs a roof over their head.

We got to enjoy a piece of history. Dr. Josef Mengele ruled the nation for at least two years.

Women have ample opportunity to be appointed to positions they are not qualified for. Women and minorities all get to be represented in events they never participated in.

Civil War statuary will never harm you again.

Finally, people can officially be judged for the color of their skin instead of the content of their character.

Nowhere in the world can you kill your two-year-old baby and call it an abortion.

We got hyperinflation. I know I never got to enjoy hyperinflation as my time as an adult.

Who likes paying .39 cents for a dozen eggs when you can pay $4.00. Any price should be paid to support the Ukraine.

We have a new War! Weren't you tired of the old wars? I mean we have to have a war. We wouldn't be America if we didn't have a war.

We have government sanctioned child abuse!

Puberty no longer exists. Neither does natural immunity.

People are free to burn rape thieve and pillage. Without censure from the government or the media.

An 'idea' is burning down Georgia as we speak. Isn't that incredible. It's like mind control.

Millions of black people are no longer black. Many of them are white supremacists now.

You can defecate on the street and no one will arrest you. A Biden Win!

For the first time ever we got a transgender in an important position. One of them got to steal luggage. That's an important precedent.

We'll never ever have to worry about election theft. It's guaranteed now.

We have more to look forward to.

Biden, who polled in the primary at a historic low will be replaced by Harris, who polled even lower, can snort, giggle, and word salad in the Oval Office for a term until another old white man is appointed. Because Democrats have declared no more old white men in office! She's not qualified and that's good. No one should be qualified to do their jobs. It's discrimination. Think about that the next time you need surgery. Focus on their race, sex, gender and orientation not if they are qualified to safely administer anesthesia to you.

A firm stance on crime. Some old boomers walked into the Capital building (that they paid for) and moved some furniture and will be held as political prisoners forever without due process. That's not important. Until you need due process. How dare those peasants intrude on the sacred halls of the 1 percent. Which was really the affront. The first unarmed protest that was the bloodiest most destructive protest in American history comparably another Holocaust and 9-11. Not in terms of physical violence or destruction. In terms of butt hurt. Those people hated our freedoms.

Trans people are free to be trans! They don't need food, fuel, housing or a job. They can live on being trans.

And people will never realize I'm not defending Trump because Trump was never the point.

    We are the point.

Look at the corner people have painted themselves into. There are two avenues to go:

NO election theft: Then People in America are actually and now measurably that stupid and now measurably entrenched flip flop hypocrites, beyond the point of no return.

    Thats not flattering.

Or: The election was actually stolen.

    Not flattering either.

I'm referring to Bernie Sanders. A wildly popular presidential front runner who mysteriously had two primaries yanked out from under him in favor of Clinton or Biden. Even Sanders' political enemies commented on this. But none of his supporters blinked an eye. They just accepted the appointees they previously made known they will never have in office again.

Me personally, I get to be a deranged Trumpeteer even thought I never voted for him. I might would have if I didn't already know I would be put on government watch list and be labeled a terrorist at some point in the future which is now. I saved that risk for the vaccine. Call me selfish for looking out for my own best interests because other American wouldn't.

But don't worry. In the future America will have ample opportunity to throw themselves and the entire globe under the bus because one person got under their skin.

There is no way we can portray any of this in a way that flatters anyone in spite of self-righteousness and moral posturing.

And the message we the people--not the government--sent to the rest of the world? Not flattering.

Those who know best, don't notice the two party system is imploding and continues to unravel. Classic, JFK liberalism no longer exists in the Democratic party, it's been consumed with leftist principles. And the Republican party has been so diluted with the JFK liberals that neo cons, and GOP style politics are fringe now. They are firmly stuck in Republican=bad, Democrats=good when classical liberals are decidedly unwelcome left of the aisle now.

    Too true.

The leftists are already bewailing their decision to have open borders and sanctuary cities. California as a whole is crying they don't have the resources to support a swelling tide of immigrants. So is New York. But border counties with a population of 2,000 and little infrastructure should absolutely have those resources. This isn't rhetoric. It's happening live time, demonstrable and observable to everyone who isn't a Denier. Deniers are everywhere now.

Everything I see today in politics and economics is done out of spite these days. There are some American people trying to steal the freedoms of the 1 percent.

Well, Vernie Aianawee (), first it was Captain Chaos™ — not just himself as an individual, but also the fact that he got elected in the first place — and now it's Captain Alzheimer's™, with the same considerations, i.e. the person himself and the fact that he got selected by the Democratic National Committee as presidential candidate. That he won the 2020 election from Trump is in and of itself not so surprising, after four very long and embarrassing years under the real-life reincarnation of Benito Mussolini, and with no other candidates allowed to run for president. But the DNC didn't have to nominate Sleepy Joe™ if they didn't explicitly want to. And there lies the problem.

Had the DNC really been interested in setting things right — but of course, we all know that this is not how the game works — then they would not have opted to carry on with the very policies that got people to vote for Orange Jesus™ in 2016 in the first place, and then they would have allowed a truly progressive candidate to run — someone like your friend Marianne, or even Bernie. But they chose to ignore the last four years as if they never happened, and they decided to put good old Joe Biden up as their presidential candidate — just as they chose to do with Hillary in 2016 — and have him carry on with the status quo policies at the national level and with the American-Exceptionalist imperialism internationally.

The United States of America needs a complete institutional and constitutional overhaul, not a continuation of the old "Team Blue or Team Red" duopoly that never leads to anything good. It needs to break free from its insular and narcissistic culture and find inspiration elsewhere on how to run a country, on how to create a fair justice system, on how to improve the education system — and actually educate children instead of indoctrinating them with American Exceptionalism and nationalistic propaganda — and to institutionalize proper healthcare for everyone. And they should listen to the thousands of economists and sociologists who keep on telling them that unbridled capitalism and corporatism don't work for solving poverty and homelessness, and that it'll ultimately evolve into what America already really is under the hood, i.e. a fascist regime.

    The 14 Characteristics of Fascism

    by Lawrence Britt

    Free Inquiry Magazine, 2003

Political scientist Dr. Lawrence Britt recently wrote an article about fascism ("Fascism Anyone?," Free Inquiry, Spring 2003, page 20). Studying the fascist regimes of Hitler (Germany), Mussolini (Italy), Franco (Spain), Suharto (Indonesia), and Pinochet (Chile), Dr. Britt found they all had 14 elements in common. He calls these the identifying characteristics of fascism. The excerpt is in accordance with the magazine's policy.

    The 14 characteristics are:

    01. Powerful and Continuing Nationalism

Fascist regimes tend to make constant use of patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs, and other paraphernalia. Flags are seen everywhere, as are flag symbols on clothing and in public displays.

    02. Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights

Because of fear of enemies and the need for security, the people in fascist regimes are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of "need." The people tend to look the other way or even approve of torture, summary executions, assassinations, long incarcerations of prisoners, etc.

    03. Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause

The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial, ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists; terrorists; etc.

    04. Supremacy of the Military

Even when there are widespread domestic problems, the military is given a disproportionate amount of government funding, and the domestic agenda is neglected. Soldiers and military service are glamorized.

    05. Rampant Sexism

The governments of fascist nations tend to be almost exclusively male-dominated. Under fascist regimes, traditional gender roles are made more rigid. Opposition to abortion is high, as is homophobia and anti-gay legislation and national policy.

    06. Controlled Mass Media

Sometimes the media is directly controlled by the government, but in other cases, the media is indirectly controlled by government regulation, or sympathetic media spokespeople and executives. Censorship, especially in war time, is very common.

    07. Obsession with National Security

Fear is used as a motivational tool by the government over the masses.

    08. Religion and Government are Intertwined

Governments in fascist nations tend to use the most common religion in the nation as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric and terminology is common from government leaders, even when the major tenets of the religion are diametrically opposed to the government's policies or actions.

    09. Corporate Power is Protected

The industrial and business aristocracy of a fascist nation often are the ones who put the government leaders into power, creating a mutually beneficial business/government relationship and power elite.

    10. Labor Power is Suppressed

Because the organizing power of labor is the only real threat to a fascist government, labor unions are either eliminated entirely, or are severely suppressed.

    11. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts

Fascist nations tend to promote and tolerate open hostility to higher education, and academia. It is not uncommon for professors and other academics to be censored or even arrested. Free expression in the arts is openly attacked, and governments often refuse to fund the arts.

    12. Obsession with Crime and Punishment

Under fascist regimes, the police are given almost limitless power to enforce laws. The people are often willing to overlook police abuses and even forego civil liberties in the name of patriotism. There is often a national police force with virtually unlimited power in fascist nations.

    13. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption

Fascist regimes almost always are governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect their friends from accountability. It is not uncommon in fascist regimes for national resources and even treasures to be appropriated or even outright stolen by government leaders.

    14. Fraudulent Elections

Sometimes elections in fascist nations are a complete sham. Other times elections are manipulated by smear campaigns against or even assassination of opposition candidates, use of legislation to control voting numbers or political district boundaries, and manipulation of the media. Fascist nations also typically use their judiciaries to manipulate or control elections.

A good way to start would be by cutting the annual budgets for the military-industrial complex in half and redirecting that money toward healthcare and education. It's not just Trump who's an emperor without clothes, but the whole of the US as a player at the international stage as well. America thinks it's the greatest nation on Earth — while nobody outside of the CIA knows anything about any of the other nations, due to that cultural narcissism — but in reality, American society is actually the laughing stock of the rest of the civilized world.

Don't get me wrong, because I happen to have dear friends in the USA, and not everything about American culture is bad — by far not — but the USA as a nation has been off the rails for a very long time already — many decades — and it's their insistence that they're still on the rails and that everyone else should be doing things "The American Way™" that I have a problem with. That, and the fact that the USA thinks it sits at the center of the universe, something they inherited from the old British Empire, which itself has not fully recovered from that mental affliction yet — cfr. Brexit (which, to their shame, has already in the meantime become Bregret, as was to be expected ).

We *could* have a nationalist America that isn't meddling militarily in the rest of the world. Nationalism means in America and defined by American nationalists that the American focus is on America, not your nation. Retracting a bit from the rest of the world, not invading it. Focusing on our problems, not yours. Using our money to fix our problems, not the Ukraine's for example. Not beating the drum of American Exceptionalism elsewhere and abroad but admitting that if we are that exceptional there wouldn't be that many problems on American soil. That sort of nationalism is a threat to the bank accounts of other nations, like the Ukraine, who never stop sticking their hand out.

Or you can have a non-populist, anti-national America tootling on about nationalist interests that are not located in nation but overseas in your backyards in Europe, the Middle East and the Balkans. Bush/ Clinton/ Obama/ Biden cartel nationalism.

What's the difference? Where American focus is at. America or overseas.

Your choice. American focus on American issues in America with some annoying patriotism and tootling horns. Or American nationalism that only takes place in your nations with war drums and economic destruction.

But the world cannot have it both ways.

It doesn't have to be either of those two choices. Narrowing things down to "it's either one or the other" is simplistic, puerile and reactionary.

As I said, the problem is institutional and constitutional. There are certain things in the USA which are sacred to both Team Blue and Team Red — sacred, and immutable. And as it just so happens to be, those are the very things at the root of all of America's problems, because those things were born out of arrogance — Manifest Destiny, anyone? — and paranoia about the alleged threat of communism.

Both Team Red and Team Blue have corrupted the mindset of the average American, filling their minds with flat consumerism and materialism, anti-intellectualism, and ignorance regarding anything non-American. And that's a form of brain rot that has unfortunately become so ingrained into the mind of the average US American that it's nigh impossible to overturn that without completely overhauling the system and reeducating the population. In other words, it's impossible without a serious cataclysmic event.

And just as unfortunately, a serious cataclysmic event is where all of this is leading. Karma's a bitch. The only question still unanswered is whether it'll be a cataclysmic event within the borders of the USA itself, or whether it's going to affect the whole planet. At present time, things appear to be headed into the latter direction.

But look what happened to this nationalist and his message of nationalism, the man who brought American nationalism back into focus when we were caroming into a military industrialist only protectory. He's a Fascist? Nazi? He was imperfect. The American moderate idea of nationalism is way different from the sort of nationalism who have never lived here think about. It comes in different flavors like liberals and conservatives.

When you are addressing a people like the ones you described below, ones that are so polarized you can only offer polarized choices. And it will have to be that way until a critical institutionalized system or two fails and maybe not even then. JFK's vision of nationalism was too diluted in gray areas to be popular, and America was probably entirely lost even back then.

And as it just so happens to be, those are the very things at the root of all of America's problems, because those things were born out of arrogance — Manifest Destiny, anyone?

Depends on how you think about it. In terms of creating an America with the worst that America could offer via our own stupidity and intellectual laziness....? Then yeah. Yeah that's a manifest destiny. I don't think the Destiny people envisioned an Idiocracy for America.

and paranoia about the alleged threat of communism.
Yes and no. Communism will not exist in America as it did in actual communist nations of historical record any more than an actual progressive liberal will ever be allowed to hold office here. However, the doomsayers have been correct in some respects. Referring back to McCarthyism, communist elements like brown shirt methods, fascist tendencies and dictator behavior have crept into America from the inside in every administration and every administration has found a way to defend it or ignore it. Not because of a red invasion from abroad. From laziness, political correctness, and brainwash from within.

Both Team Red and Team Blue have corrupted the mindset of the average American, filling their minds with flat consumerism and materialism, anti-intellectualism, and ignorance regarding anything non-American. Yikes. I'm glad you said it I can just imagine if I did. And you are correct. Political polarization has caused a whole lot of ignorance. But....Say reeducation anywhere in the Western world and you know what it will remind people of. Not because you are incorrect. You aren't. Because it will be an excuse to avoid education. It will be sidetracked into hysteria about Nazis and fascist re-education camps. Everyone hates stupid though. Even stupid people hate people stupider than themselves. But now they also hate intelligence. And educators. Those are people who seem to only exist to make them feel stupid and trigger bad feelings. And that is really really a bad place for a nation to be in.

In other words, it's impossible without a serious cataclysmic event.
Since you went there those are my private thoughts as well but certain people can say that out loud and not get censored as being mean for it. I think its collapsing now. A house no matter how corrupt, built on rules that are not abided to by the corruptors, will not last long. It's physics. Not here in America nor anywhere else in the west.

Both are likely. For sure the US will go when China pulls the plug on us, and we will drag Mexico and Canada with us. We can't reverse out of that. Remember 10-15 years ago when people in the conspiracy groups all thought we just had to wake people up and educate them because we all thought they were just deprived and ignorant of critical information that we were exposed to and they weren't?

But the fact remains. Even though the left and right are the same branches of the same evil body that corrupted them people keep insisting that one branch is better than the other. Polarization.

There are some decent working representatives on both sides that still believe that left and right are supposed to be checks and balances to maintain a balance of power. But you aren't ever going to hear about them, nor will they ever be allowed to work for any significant effect.

I hope you are right. I'm not dismissive of Quantum subjects. I'm hooked up to a scalar wave machine as we speak. There was some mention a few years back of quantum currency and a quantum economy that I found intriguing before it got killed under an avalanche of quantitive easing adherents and gold standard adherents.

People confuse can't grasp there is a difference between the American people doing better under Trump and the Nation being better under Trump. Whenever its mentioned people get mad. They take that Americans fared better under Trump as a claim that Trump made America Great Again.

The nation is in as bad or worse shape as it ever was. But for a little while the people were doing better for the first time in decades.

People with jobs, living wages, cheap food, cheap fuel and a good economy which some Americans have never seen in their lifetime until 2018 or so tend to be harder to manage than people who are desperately insecure and afraid for the future.

Maybe that's where the actual threat was.

Trump is a lifelong liberal who quit the Democratic party about ten years back or so. That can't be disputed. Voting register is public record in America. He has most of the tendencies of an American liberal. to this day. Personally, he's been good at making money and probably understands the need of being fiscally conservative and when to take riskss but I'd be lying to myself if he was a straight run conservative or Republican. Or GOP. Or strictly liberal.

I think people see those liberal expressions still present in him and get the reflection effect. They hate what they see because they are possessed of those qualities themselves. Politics is all psychology and it a psychological division is very easy in already divided people that is the problem, not politics itself.

I was very surprised he was so popular with conservatives. Moderates I got. Conservatives I didn't. Going all the way back to England there's been social tension between townies and rural people--liberal and conservative-- that much of our politics is based on today.
