Short and Sweet Mr. Aianawa. This is precisely the way government has subsidized new technologies for generations. Government grants under the condition that they be used as prescribed by law. And they are always under scrutiny, which is why many have been closed when investigations proved that they were not conforming with requirements. SightBlinder has had several shut, but he found a new gig, soliciting money as the President of the United States. It is just like the disinformation stream media to make such bizarre claims. Are they really that ignorant, uneducated, clueless, uninformed, mentally twisted, so wrapped up in the need for destruction to vent their frustrations at normal people? Or all of the above.
