The shark is obviously not interested in these pesky humans while on the hunt, and even looks a bit confused while trying to avoid them, but that's much easier said from behind the safety of a computer screen.
It is however, useful information of their general habits. Probably a hammerhead btw, they like to cruise the drop offs very close to shore like that.

Family was out on a boat and my nephew and his brother-in-law were swimming when I spotted a shark...I started yelling shark and they both headed for the boat. It was funny in that the brother-in-law was running on top of the water and I swear he never even touched the back of the boat before he was in it. No one was hurt.
