    That was Sean Connery's last real role in a movie ever btw. Apparently he got really frustrated with the filming process and called it quits.

    Oh Man, Got suckered in again. A movie the critic for the New York Times had a near her-gasm over. 'The Lost Daughter' OMG....so boring. Nothing happened in the first hour...nothing. So I fast forwarded through to the end, stopping here and there to see if the movie was doing more than training a camera lazily on an actor's face. Nope, nada. The 'plot' was completely insubstantial, the ending confusing and all around a waste of time, imo.

    On the other hand, it made '45 Years' seem like a compelling tale of intrigue with spectacular special effects. So there's that. It's one of those movies, you are 'supposed to like,' if you figure you are a cultivated person. There is absolutely nothing more off-putting than that.
