Tulsi and AOC would be a force to be reckoned with. I'd support such a ticket.

The problem with giving tech and govt. more power through domestic terrorism laws is that it could backfire spectacularly. And the ones who would suffer the most are the progressive left, in the long run. So AOC and Gabbard would be my choice too, if I was in the U.S.

Can you imagine if Trump or someone like him were handed the keys to this magic kingdom of expanded govt. powers, should they be reelected? Holy Sh**! Very scary

Devil's material? You're so hardcore in your language. And again, as with Joe, you know nothing substantive about AOC to justify such venom.

I learned over time with my brother to measure his words and then make my own judgements.

And so, my learning process here is teaching me that AOC has substance. She is a force to be reckoned with. She will be a fantastic counter to the right wing, she will be a great face for a moderate left and a beacon for the future.

These are not my personal opinions, these are the conclusions which naturally fall out of this learning experience.

When someone like AOC is such a threat to folks when she's only been in Congress for a couple years, that means she has real depth and presents a force for real change.

Since I'm an American, I'm not foolish enough to fall for the left-wing socialist crap people speak. There are very few actual socialists in America. And even fewer in our Congress. We are not a left-leaning nation.

A 'liberal' like AOC is not very liberal in terms of world-wide liberalism/socialism.

She still has some good things to say that most are afraid to voice, but unlike Jimmy Dore who attacks the dems from the left, she's more and more going at them from the right. I'm not much of a prediction kind of guy, but here's a fun bumper sticker to chew on:

Especially during times like these when a few countries seem to be ready to engulf the world in nuclear fires.

I'm looking at the leadership, it doesn't matter which country it is. With great power comes great responsibility.

She represents a breach between the old political establishment and the younger generations.

She's not the only one within the Democratic Party, though. And that's a good thing, because the fact that the DNC nominated Hillary Clinton as their presidential candidate in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020 proves that the old guard wasn't and still isn't willing to learn from its past mistakes. Hillary Clinton represents the corporate-conservative right-wing of the Democrats, and Joe Biden is at best a dead-center Democrat. Kamala Harris also still hails from the conservative wing of the Democratic Party, and she'll probably be pulling Joe's right-arm sleeve on more than a few occasions.

America needs to break free from those old dinosaurs in the DNC if it wants to make any kind of progress. But therein lies the problem, i.e. America is not a progressive nation; it is a very conservative nation, with both the Democrats and the Republicans being sponsored ─ and thus bought ─ by the corporate world. Tulsi wants to end that corporate hegemony ─ she literally said so in the Joe Rogan interview. And that is very progressive in my book.

Don't mind NotAPretender. He's still struggling with his very conservative and Catholic US-Democratic programming. He needs to evolve too.
Looking back Frank, you sorta nailed it.
