This is really interesting, he has a very soothing voice.
He says that without a spiritual impulse a human will only grow to a certain age and that age is 'of the time'. Interesting, Steiner says that's not good enough to be effective ... leaders. It might seem outmoded philosophy to many, I like it. It speaks as if a cliche but it isn't. It is to the depth of which he speaks that is most forceful.
