I still keep on seeing repeating number patterns every now and then, I know I'm more in alignment when I see them.

There are also other kind of synchronicities happening at times which confirm to me that there's more to this than meets the eye.

More like a steady pace. I used to be skeptical because I felt like people were looking for synchronicities and thus finding them. But experience has been a good teacher. If they match up with the instincts that's extra because the instincts always know, even when the rest of me does not.

Talking to a lot of breath work people of late, few teachers of it also and common concensussy = ramping up and if taking a few days off for whatever reason, a slow down till Breathwork starts again, now i know this from experimenting with Reiki and or Qi Gong so maybe the more physical element of breath work is upping.
